Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hackney

We stayed 4 days in the Apartment with our one year old child. We were a bit concerned, that we would not feel comfortable as the place is also used privately from the host and we usually don’t like that so much. But it honestly was not a problem at all and we felt very comfortable. We were a bit concerned that it will be difficult with a very curious child in a place with privat interior, but it went fine and it was cosy but not overfilled with personal things. One thing we were struggling with, was the heating as it was rather a bit too cold or too hot, we couldn’t figure that out. However, we didn’t ask for support, so of course Harriet could not help us with that. Other then that we had a very good time, Harriet gave us all needed information and was very helpful and also installed the babygates for us prior to our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and we can recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Dewi’s beautiful house in hackney. The apt was clean, comfortable and so well appointed. Took advantage of the peaceful backyard when the weather was nice and loved the location- tons of great cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area! Would love to stay again next time in London

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

Super nice stay at Kimberley’s colorful home! A lot of books and games to use. Lovely little garden.

One of the best AirBnB in years. An amazing house, clean, good public transport connection, super well equipped, great places in the vicinity, all you need for a great stay in London with a larger group! This will definitely be on my "come back to" list. Thanks Annie for being a great host!

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

Juliet and Tim’s house is truly lovely. It was wonderful to come back to this beautiful and peaceful home after a busy day. The location is perfect for exploring East London and has everything you need on the doorstep. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to staying here in the future when we’re back in town!

Great location. Lots of great pubs, parks, markets and landmarks nearby. Hackney has a great community vibe. Tesco is a 1 min walk. Hackney Central is 2 mins away. 2 stops to Highbury & Islington / Vic line.

We loved this place! It was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet but close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well set up, the bed very comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous with heated floors and my favorite part of the apartment, was the back patio! This was called a basement apartment but it never felt like it. In the front, is a big picture window facing a garden and floor to ceiling walk out glass doors are in the back. The people who own it are very attentive to detail. I highly recommend it.

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded

What a fantastic place stay! The instructions for check in were clear and concise. The photos matched the exact flat. Check in process was so easy as it's 30 seconds from the actual flat. Very nice touch to have tea bags, sugar and coffee in the kitchen so didn't need to buy any thing other than some milk. The location was fantastic. Tesco literally below the building and Sainsbury's very close by too. The overground is a quick 60 second walk so you can be in the city within 7 mins. So handy if you're working by Liverpool Street! The flat was exceptionally clean and the facilities were excellent. Very comfortable bed, lots of hangers available, iron, decent sofa, and even 2 electric fans to cool the flat down. Edward was also very responsive to my queries. Overall a fantastic stay and I certainly look forward to booking again. Thank you so much!

This was the ideal place to stay during a work trip. Accessing the property was easy and everything was as described.

Natasha's home is beautiful, a little paradise in east London. I really loved the well-kept garden and the house clean, tidy and cozy. I really liked the location, close to great restaurants, iconic bars and transportation (metro and bus within a 5-minute walk). In the interesting parallel street is the African market that gives a vision of London's internationality. Natasha is a kind, helpful, and accurate homeowner. I also loved the style of the house very cozy, essential but with all the comforts.

Compact, quirky, and fun: this spot was a great find with incredible value. It has everything you need in a small space, a lot of charm, and more personality than any other place I've stayed. Harriet was responsive (always within a few minutes) and even offered to run to her work to get us a garment steamer when we had a last-minute crisis before a friend's wedding. If you need a spot to crash while you take the tube around London, this is a great find. My only gripe is the bed and pillows... it's a sofa bed, which we knew going in, but it's thin and uneven with the springs/supports. Not a deal breaker - would stay there again!

A great apartment in a great location, close to London Fields and Broadway Market with its lovely restaurants and shops. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully furnished, and you immediately feel at home (and the bed is really comfortable). Freya is a fantastic host, responds quickly to inquiries, and is happy to help with suggestions and tips.

lovely apartment in Hackney/Homerton, close to the overground and a number of stores/pubs/ restaurants etc. the apartment is very nice and stilishly decorated and has accomodated well our party of four (two adults and two boys). Esther was always very nice and warm in all her communications. would definitely return!

Excellent stay in London, nice, clean, modern and comfortable apartment, very friendly and responsive host. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Dalston is nice and safe part of East London and apartment is few minutes walk to Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland Overground stations. Fully recommend!

Very lovely hosts - very chatty and friendly in a nice local and private area, which is safe and secure! The beds were super comfy and it was the perfect temperature. Hosts gave us lots of recommendations on where to go and we tried out some of them, they were great! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us both!

Max was very responsive and very helpful. His appartment is in such a perfect location for where we wanted to be. Not far from the hustle and bustle but has a great London feel. With so many great restaurants, pubs and shops around. Also a right next to London fields park. Highly recommend
