Cottage beautifully located on a former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 40 km southwest of Östersund. Here you are close to the mountains, forest areas and Storsjön. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. At the school, there is a well-equipped playground that can be used during the summer. Kitchen, toilet, shower, sofa and a bed on the lower floor. Other bedrooms upstairs. Private patio.

Dining table and four chairs. Large south-facing patio with table and 4 chairs. Smaller but well-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Outdoor grill. WIFI. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. Welcome to our idyllic vacation home on our farm in the middle of the Jämtland forest! 🌲 Here, you can expect peace and quiet, nature, and authentic Swedish country life. A large lake is only about 300 meters away as the crow flies. Fishing, swimming, canoeing and boating are possible. Enjoy cozy campfires and barbecue evenings surrounded by nature. We, the owners, also live here in the house opposite with two friendly, large dogs, chickens and goats. A perfect place to switch off and relax!
