Villa vacation rentals in Hachenburg

Lovely apartment in a historic villa. Beautiful large common spaces with also games for my daughter. The host was friendly, were kindly welcomed by 1 of the temporary residents. We stayed there for 1 night on the way back from vacation in France. There was plenty of time to take a nice walk to the castle and eat there in a restaurant or walk to the center. Plenty of beautiful fairytale castles to be seen in the surrounding area.

We celebrated a round birthday with 20 people. The place was ideal for that. It has everything you need for the accommodation and meals of a larger group. The rooms are good and everything works in the kitchen. The large common area is perfect for shared food and long game nights. The area offers a number of activities for young and old and in the nearby Winterberg you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend the accommodation.

We were at Vera's place for a family reunion with 14 people (18-81 years old), who warmly welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the information. We immediately felt very comfortable and in great weather we also used the garden and the barbecue area. The villa and the cottage have been renovated with attention to detail and offer enough space for large groups/families. We didn't miss anything. In Unkel everything is within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, train station, etc.) and the place has beautiful alleys and half-timbered houses. We had wheels with us and made beautiful bike tours along the Rhine from the house. We highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

We were in this beautiful, old cottage with three adults for five days. The location is in the village at the foot of the church. Occasional ringing of the bells did not bother us. From the A48 highway, the accommodation can be reached quickly and the connection to Mayen or to many excursion destinations on the Rhine and Moselle is also good. The house is beautifully restored and nicely decorated. Everything you need is available and it was consistently very clean. Unfortunately, as in most small towns, there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. With appropriate planning, however, no problem. The value for money is absolutely OK and we would book again anytime.

My friends and I really had a perfect weekend. Beautiful location overlooking beautiful and free land. Wonderfully quiet and quiet. The house has everything and more you can expect from a home and more! Kitchen fully stocked with everything including herbs, liqueur, serving boards, etc. All bathrooms provided with shampoo, body wash, body lotion, towels, washcloths. In addition, helpful instructions with how the house works. Just mentioning positive stuff. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this airbnb was. If I could give over 10/10, I would have done it.

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

We are really very excited about the place, we were 12 women and had a bachelor party. In the evening we grilled in the garden and there is everything you need in the house. Each floor has its own bathroom and there is plenty of room for everyone. We'll be happy to come back sometime!

really great location villa. we were received super nice and felt very comfortable. everything you need was there, the premises were clean and in the garden you can also make it very cozy

We found it wonderful. It suited us perfectly. We had a family reunion, there was enough space in the house for everyone and also space for children to play. In the evening we were able to have a movie night thanks to the projector and screen (our own laptop). At noon, we went to the Lahn. In the shed, there were stand-up paddles, a water bike and life jackets. There was also table tennis and deck chairs. A new electric grill was also there. Everything very nice and cozy. Right on the Lahn (you can hear it all night) white noise for the baby was superfluous. Key handover was always in person with an employee. There were also flowers and fresh fruit. Something annoying for us was (and this is individual because it didn't work with our family and I wouldn't take off a star for it) the fire doors are very heavy and therefore our 5-year-old could not go to the bathroom alone. The beds are low, which makes it difficult for older people to get back up.

There were six of us there for an extended weekend. Overall, we felt comfortable. The communication with Richard was very pleasant, he always responded within a very short time. The house was as described, modern, clean and very cozy with the large terrace and fireplace. The sauna is an infrared sauna and heats to max. 60 degrees; if you have adjusted to a Finnish sauna, you will be a little disappointed. The kitchen is basic, but there is a lack of sharp knives. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, the bakery is within walking distance. The only downside: the bathroom unfortunately smelled strongly of moisture.

We will be happy to come back. It was to our satisfaction.
