COZY DUO LOFT is a fully and tastefully furnished apartment with high ceilings in a great location in the Old Town of Tartu. The apartment has free high-speed WIFI 20M/20M, fully equipped kitchenette, TV with basic programs and two double beds: one on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor. The house has an elevator and the apartment can be accessed by a door code. Free GYM open 24 hours a day, SUN TERRACE, where it is nice to enjoy coffee in the morning and right next to the apartment WASHING MACHINE ROOM with dryers.

A large grocery store is just a two-minute walk away, the city center a 5-minute drive away. The apartment also has all the little amenities: from a coffee machine to a hairdryer. Come visit and you'll never want to leave!

Cosy apartment in a wooden building situated next to the historical Toomemägi park. Scenic walk through the park will take you to the town hall square in 10 minutes. A romantic cafe Mandel just at the end of my street has perfect coffee and cakes for breakfast. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away, train station 12 minutes, bus station 25 minutes. A beautiful walk to the Estonian National Museum takes 45 minutes. Aparaaditehas - Tartu's creative city with restaurants and shops - 12 minutes.

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The connection to the city center is very good: the city center is only 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is located behind the Estonian National Museum, good for walking to the exhibition and concert. The Upside Down House and the unforgettable Raadi Manor are also nearby. The apartment is on the fourth floor, but the elevator takes you there and back.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
