The Prinsenboot is moored in the beautiful Spaarndam, a small village close to recreation area Spaarnwoude, Haarlem, Amsterdam and also the beach is close (Bloemendaal and Zandvoort). Two restaurants can be found in the village, and the Albert Heijn is within a walking distance! The boat has 4 bedrooms with space for 8 people, a luxurious bathroom and a spacious kitchen. There's a TV in both one of the bedrooms and in the living room. With the beautiful weather you can enjoy the sun in the cockpit.

Zeer zonnige woonark op een prachtige plek in Aalsmeer. Onze woonboot is modern ingericht, kindvriendelijk en heeft alle ingrediënten voor een perfecte vakantie in eigen land! Een drijvend terras, zwemmen voor de deur, een schaduwrijke tuin, 130m2 woonoppervlakte verdeeld over een ruime woonkamer, 3 ruime slaapkamers en een moderne badkamer / halfopen keuken. Het waterterras is voorzien van een hangmat, lounge set en grote eettafel, in de tuin is nog een houten lounge set te vinden.

The houseboat is located in the Spaarne and on the border of the city of Haarlem and nature. You can sail or bike to downtown Haarlem in 15 minutes. And if you are looking for a walk, then walk out the door and wonderfully through the Hekslootpolder. For children there is a large trampoline in the garden, besides there are scooters, skateboards, a sandbox, various canoes and shelves, which you can take to get on the water.
