We had an unforgettable stay at Arjan’s villa. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and packed with amazing features. The jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind in the evening, and the professional karaoke setup with lights, fog, and a bar made for some incredibly fun night. Our kids had the best time playing with the farm animals and spent hours outdoors, which gave us a chance to truly relax. Every detail in the villa was carefully thought out and made us feel right at home. Arjan was a fantastic host, warm, helpful, and truly welcoming. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back and will be telling all our friends about this hidden gem. Guy

Great location for trips to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Zaandvort, both by car and by bike and train, or bus. Everything is easily accessible and you live very idyllically. The proximity to the airport did not bother us. The house is really very cozy and optimal for 2 people. We will be happy to come back!

The place is really very cozy and inviting. Due to the existing Rituals products, the house also smelled very good. I can only report good things about the immediate surroundings. It is nice, quiet and idyllic, yet you can get to Zandvoort or Amsterdam within a good 20 minutes by car. Ruud gave us really helpful tips on this. In addition, we were personally accompanied by him from the parking lot to the accommodation, which makes you feel immediately positive. We really enjoyed our time here. :)
