In the courtyard of the farm, a small 12m² holiday house with a fireplace, electricity and water, with its own courtyard by the forest. Inside the cottage there are only sleeping places, a solar heated outdoor shower, toilet and bath attached to the main house. It is also possible to use a sauna located separately under the forest. P.S. Chickens, goats, sheep and other domestic animals move freely around the territory. Best suited for a couple who appreciate a little more wild and natural experiences and value authenticity more than comfort. It's not a party place, just a place to be quiet.

The 115 y house is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The apartment location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. Apartments interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. Rooms are spacious. There is shared 350 m2 yard where is possible to park the cars and barbeque. Children`s playground with different kind of activities is nearby.
