The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Everything is near, not more than 1,5 km. Located a little away from the noise epicenter during events.
