Оснащен полностью новым имуществом и оборудованием, установлены все коммуникации, индивидуальная система отопления, Wi-Fi. В одной спальне одна двуспальная кровать, в другой две односпальные кровати, а в гостиной два дивана, которые можно использовать как кровати. Гости могут пользоваться павильоном во дворе со всеми удобствами.

The second floor of a two-story house with a private entrance from the garden is rented (daily)! The house is located in a quiet upscale area of town in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city. The house has everything you need for living, a shower, hot water, toilet, TV, WIFI, etc. Not far from the house there is a shop, pharmacy, public transport stop, you can order Yandex taxi. From one to two people price per night is 30$, more than 2 people extra charge by agreement.

Our private cabin "Michaela" is a green, peaceful space nestled on the campus of Emili Aregak, a center for children with special needs. Michaela is wifi-equipped, peaceful and perfect for remote working or a weekend getaway. All rental proceeds go to support Emili Aregak therapy programs! Michaela is surrounded by fruit trees, has a small patio with a barbeque grill and a walking path with a mountain view. You can access the kitchen and laundry in the building next door.
