Margarita's place is perfectly located in the heart of Gyumri. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Margarita is a welcoming and helpful host, and responds promptly to queries. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable, and well equipped. The decor is quirky and well done. And it gives a glimpse of the stones that make Gyumri in its very walls. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this as a little gem in Gyumri. Lovely, clean, well equipped space. Small but comfortable and well designed. I loved the exposed stone finish as it’s so characteristic of Gyumri. The hosts are kind and charming people. This flat shares a balcony with them but they are very considerate of your space and privacy. I was working a lot and the internet here is fast and reliable. The neighbours are nice. The street animals that visit are sooo sweet. There’s a little mini market right opposite. An interesting church on the corner. The Mother of Armenia statue and the Black Fortress are visible at the end of the road. And it’s a short and interesting walk into town (if you enjoy the architecture). Thank you for giving me a home in Gyumri.
