The house is 135sqm and consists of: 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, open space with fireplace, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a full meal (kitchen - refrigerator - kettle - toaster). It can accommodate up to 8 people. In a double room with bathroom and refrigerator there is the possibility of autonomy from the rest of the house. On the ground floor, our traditional tavern "Paralia" is waiting for you to try the traditional dishes of the Laconic land.

Malsova Maisonette is a traditional stone building built in 1880. It has 2 floors and a total area of 70 sqm. The 2 floors are connected by an outside staircase. Upstairs, there is a bedroom and a veranda with a sea view. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. Outside the house, there is a courtyard that leads to the beach

After 90 steps you will be raised above the roofs of the houses and will contemplate the sea. Ideally located, Koumaros is close to all shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and bus stop.
