The apartment by the lake in Damsgårdssundet, has a short distance to the city center over Lillepudden (walking and cycling bridge) and Nygårdsparken. There are also good connections by bus and train. Approx. 10 min. walk to the city railway towards Flesland. The apartment is located under the mountain Løvstakken, one of Bergen's 7 mountains. Løvstien (hiking trail) is about 6 km long and runs along the foot of the mountain. Across the street is the EVO gym. It is a 2-minute walk to the grocery store (Kiwi etc.). There are also dining places and several take-away places on the street.

It is a two-minute walk to the nearest store, the best restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. You have your own balcony where you have sun until late in the evening, in addition you have access to a large common roof terrace.
