안녕하세요, 경주 황리단길에 위치한 한옥스테이 - 머물러서 더 아름다운 곳 '유화' 입니다. 1976년에 건축된 한옥을 매입하여 렌탈하우스로 리모델링하였습니다. 황리단길은 경주에 위치한 한옥지구로, 모든 동네의 건물이 한옥으로 구성되어 있습니다. 천년동안 수도였던 도시인 경주, 그 중에서도 여전히 한옥지구로 남아있는 황리단길에서 한옥스테이를 체험하실 수 있습니다. 공간을 위해 현대적인 요소를 가미한 공사를 진행하였습니다. 하나의 건물에 독립적인 왼쪽과 오른쪽, 두 채의 집이 있습니다. 한옥하면 상징적으로 생각되는 곳이 마당이라고 생각되어, 각 방마다 독립적인 마당을 사용할 수 있도록 설계했습니다. 한옥의 고질적인 문제인 방음을 위해 방음 공사도 했으며, 현대식 시설로 편하게 이용 가능합니다. 유화의 이름대로, 많은 분들이 머무르며 행복한 기운을 받아가셨으면 합니다.
