I had a wonderful stay at this place! It was peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk from the beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home had everything I needed and truly felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a calm escape in East London, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend. Looking forward to coming back!

All of the other reviews have praised the location, and this one does too. But this review also praises the house: it is super-practical for a beach-front home - solidly and comfortably furnished with nothing finicky to fuss over. This meant we could kick off our shoes and relax! A high-five to Monica (the lady who cleans the house) because she magically made the beach sand that we and our dogs brought in disappear …

We loved our stay in unit 10. The accommodation was perfect, great sized beds, open kitchen with all that we needed. Lovely shower and bath with water that was always hot. A 3 min walk to the beach - that felt private and safe. Jannie was a fantastic host, caring, and super responsive to us- made the stay even more enjoyable. Great activities and play areas for kids as well. Never a dull moment. Will be back very soon. One of the best places we have stayed at.

An absolutely great stay for my family . The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden provided a peaceful retreat . The entertainment area was amazing it allowed us to bond . A pleasant surprise for my self was the work station and screen which allowed me to catch up on work in a pleasant environment

Linda welcomed us in the dark with a delicious homemade lasagne and Greek salad prepared for our dinner. We enjoyed an early morning walk along a grassy river path to the beach. Linda's place had everything we needed after a long drive. Tidy, comfortable, quiet, tea & coffee with rusks, bottled water ... even a washing machine! Thanks Linda and Rhett, we'd love to come and visit longer next time.

Ian and Cheryl were fantastic hosts, they proactively contacted us to make sure we could find the place easily, they regularly checked in with us that we had everything we needed and gave us daily notices for local events and specials in the area. Thank you both for such a great trip down memory lane! Kei Mouth was a picturesque and restful town with lovely walks and very friendly residents, everyone we met was welcoming and happy to have a chat.

Our family of 5, loved our stay in Cintsa West. The beach is quiet and has awesome waves. We enjoyed fish and chips at the Jolly Roger restaurant by the beach. Our house was quiet and a huge bonus was the washing machine and tumble dryer. We really relaxed for the last bit of our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay on our second visit to this cottage. It is the perfect location with a lovely view over the sea. Matthew is the perfect host. We hope to return again!

We had a wonderful stay in the house, in spite of bad weather and closed beaches. Suburban area quiet with very little traffic.The garden was even bigger than we thought, as was theTV -screen and swimming pool. Lovely kitchen with lots of quality pots and pans. Two upstairs bedrooms extremely hot, aircons provided as a necessity. The house is close to the most delicious Spargs I have ever encountered. The curry place around the corner is also commendable. Bonza Bay beach close to the house is beautiful, but quite neglected and according to some (local)warnings, not so safe either. Nahoon beach on other side of river about a 15 min drive away. Warrick is an excellent host with great communication. One small thing - for a three week stay one would expect clean bedding every week- as it was we had to pay the (lovely)cleaning lady and she even started preparing the house for their return while we were hiring her. But this is a minor- thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The place was everything and beyond. The host was so warm and accommodative. Definitely coming back. It was home away from home. Family oriented environment. So much I can say. It is the best.

The place was amazing, spectacular views and the room was spacious, charming, and well-equipped. It was very relaxing and nice that we decided to extend our stay, luckily the room was still available. The beach is a short walk away. Fezie, the housekeeper is also very accommodating and responsive. Sally is also very flexibe with the check-in and check-out. We felt right at home. Highly recommended, hoping to come back again soon.

Ulandi was a fantastic host and overwhelmingly accommodating. The house is perfect for a small family and is equipped with everything needed including a washer, very handy. Lovely little upper deck to see the sea view. Would highly recommend! Thanks Ulandi for a wonderful stay.

Everything was good in the apartment. You are literally on the beach , the house is big with two tv rooms. The pool was clean and the neighbors we well behaved , highly recommended for family vacations.

A lovely and scenic guest house, expertly run by wonderful people. Great views, service and close to many local attractions, just a stone’s throw away from Blue Bend beach. If available, definitely opt for having breakfast here. Lynne is surely one of the finest cooks in the area.

We spent a lovely long weekend at Karen's listing. The location is unbeatable, with the sound of the surf a constant backdrop. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony followed by walks on the beach. The apartment is comfortable, and we found it very clean. The building is quiet and neighbors friendly. While we didn't get to meet Karen in person, all of her communication with us was timely and helpful. We highly recommend this location to couples or small families looking for a place on the coast.

incredible gem of a house in a beautiful unspoilt part of south Africa. you have everything you need: only thing that detracted from perfection was losing water pressure during load electricity load shedding.

Lovely location, in close walking distance to the beach and main street. Beautiful views of the sea from the house. Cynthia, the daily cleaning service is a gem!! It was a lovely stay!

Kidd’s Beach is a jewel of peace with an outstanding beach. Stephen’s home and friendly support made enjoying the location complete. The house suited us 5 adults but it would work equally well for a family with children. We would recommend this home and resort to anyone wanting to enjoy the exceptional qualities of the Eastern Cape beaches

Amazing house with awesome stoep and everything you need to make food,but also close to hotel if you want to go eat.Lovely to have braai on stoep and look at waves and dolphins and our son bodyboarding right in front of house.
