The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The apartment was meticulously clean and orderly. There are plenty of toys for any children and nice gym equipment for those who like to work out. There is a coffee bar, microwave, and small refrigerator for keeping snacks and leftovers from restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience.

What a great space! The house was nice and spacious. There were nice amenities we enjoyed and the house was in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to grocery and other stores as well as restaurants. Easy to find and get inside. Place was very clean. The host was always responsive and helpful. The tenants that reside in bottom level/basement were not even noticeable. If they were there we never heard a thing, felt safe and secure. Was about a 30 minute drive to Atlanta depending on traffic and a great location all around. Would recommend this place for your stay.

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed—from pots and pans to every kitchen utensil you could think of. The patio was such a peaceful and lovely space, perfect for relaxing. It truly felt like the perfect home away from home. The only tiny suggestion I have would be to include a quick guide on how to use the grill, as it took a little figuring out. Other than that, everything was amazing. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, decorated nicely, and quiet. Truly felt like our own home. Also, Robert was an AMAZING host…responsive, friendly, and even put up 2 brand new tvs during our stay due to the remotes not working. Whenever we have family in town, we will def book Roberts place again. Thank you again Robert for your AMAZING hospitality and home!

Wonderful stay with a fantastic host! I had a great experience staying at Brown Duck Manor! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Manny was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Super happy with my stay! Very clean & professional. Host even leaves brand new toothbrushes, soap,shampoo&conditioner!! Also leaves a jar of water & seasonings if you like to cook! 2 big tv’s in both rooms, with their Netflix account for guests , HOW SWEET! Only problem i feel is the water in the shower is kind of cold other than that everything was awesome! Host was very friendly and made me feel at home, you may catch them outside during the day sometimes but the family is super nice . Love it here ! WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN 5STARS !!!

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Daniel was very friendly and responsive. We needed an extra towel and they brought it over in 15 minutes. One night I was a little cold and found a great space heater in the closet. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Danielle’s home was very lovely and felt right at home. The kitchen had lots of things to prepare home made meals if you didn’t want to eat out which I thought was very nice. The home was very clean and had a lot of amenities. I would definitely recommend and would go back .

We had a wonderful stay at Mecca’s place, very clear instructions and great communication. The place was sooo clean and spacious. Our stay was short but I would stay here again especially when we have a longer stay. Location was great, it seemed like we were never to far from any major destination.
