The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell Winterland. Very 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country skiing trails. The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

Farm shop with bakery is the closest neighbor, who serves fresh baked goods every day outside of Mondays. Gvarv is centrally located to most attractions in Midt-Telemark and Nome, such as Bø Sommerland, Høyt and Lavt, Norsjø Kabelpark, Norsjø Golfpark and Telemark Canal. There is 1 bedroom+sofa bed Bed linen can be rented for NOK 100 per person. Cleaning can be ordered for NOK 500.

Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Here you have hiking trails and ski slopes literally right outside the door and a short way to the area's many attractions. 1 km to Vrådal city center with grocery, cafe, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course. The house is also perfectly located between east and west for you passing through, but we recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.
