Adorable appartement avec vue imprenable et splendide sur la montagne. L'appartement est haut de plafond, ce qui a permis l'installation en mezzanine (open space). L'appartement est situe au 4em (avec ascenseur) d'une residence au coeur du village d'Aulus-les-bains. 5min a pieds des thermes, et des departs de randonnées. La station de Guzet-neige est a 15min en voiture (navette presente en hiver). La superette, l'office de tourisme et la médiathèque se trouvent aux pieds de l'immeuble.

Plein de charme, notre chalet « cocooning » est parfaitement situé au cœur de la station de Guzet-Neige Prat Mataou à 1520m, petit village de chalets entouré d’une forêt de sapins où l’on profite d’une vue sur les montagnes. Les pistes sont à 5 minutes à pied du chalet. Son charme montagnard, son calme et son exposition font de notre chalet un lieu unique et idéal pour déconnecter. Vous pourrez y passer un bon moment en famille, skier, randonner, vous reposer et vous ressourcer.

New chalet, very nice view.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully equipped, it will delight you with an ideal location and view of the mountains. You access the floor on an entrance hall, then on the living room with large bay windows, an equipped kitchen, a toilet/back kitchen area, living room with all modern amenities and a mezzanine for children. The lower part consists of a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a 160 bed and one bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds

Come and enjoy this beautiful apartment, in a great location. Privileged location: direct access to the ski slopes, the French ski school (ESF), hiking trails... A ski rental shop at the foot of the residence as well as the ski pass ticket office. Close to all amenities: restaurant, convenience store. Whether it's for a stay with family, friends or a couple, this place is the perfect base for all your mountain adventures!
