It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. From the simple, restrained cottage on 50 sqm, it is only a few meters to the natural beach. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just around the corner. Harbour, museums, cinema, theater, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
