Altefähr - seaside resort on Rügen on the Strelasund

The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Vacation in the vacation home in the field. Our cozy and modern furnished house is just right to spend the most beautiful time of the year here. It is very quiet and can be the starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the beautiful surroundings. Our house offers optimal comfort for 4 guests and is equipped to a very high standard. A lot of light comes into the house from all sides and the high ceiling in the living-dining area gives a feeling of space and generosity.

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!

The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.
