Our villa is 35 minutes away from the ancient city of Ephesus by car and our villa has a mustakil entrance. It is on the sea side and 200 meters from the beach. While the ground floor consists of kitchen and lounge, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom, 1 bedroom in the loft and a large terrace. 2 rooms have 2 double beds, 1 room has 2 double beds, 1 room has 3 single beds. The house has mosquito nets on all doors and windows. There are 3 air conditioners and wifi in the house. All white goods and kitchen utensils are available.

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

A mini Chalet with magnificent village and pond views , where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5min to Umuş village center. Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the coastline,beach clubs such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca (places such as coastal beach, mali beach, Battery beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık horse bread and Armola cheese cooked in the village oven and visit our village market.
