Cozy half-timbered house at the edge of the forest

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In winter, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Modern Internet connection, TV via satellite system. Sparkling water maker available

Carl-Kaiser-Loft I- Solingen near Ddorf, Cologne

Vacation, trade fair, business travel, small photo shoot, weekend vacation... Do you like the other, special? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

Wermelskirchen vacation home

Spacious light-flooded country apartment in Ellinghausen Wermelskirchen – surrounded by forest, horse paddocks and a small tree nursery. Enjoy the Japanese pond with carp and bonsai, cook in the open outdoor kitchen or relax by the fire. Hiking and riding trails start right outside the door, dogs are welcome. Bright room of about 16 square meters with separate entrance and private bathroom. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The room is equipped with a 1.60 bed and has a TV with firestick, kettle, coffee capsule machine, fridge, microwave and Wi-Fi access. There is a chest of drawers and a shelf for storage. In the hallway there is a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Towels and linens are included

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower, to the cozy stove in the living room, nothing is left to be desired. In the large bedroom there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the center.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.
