Detached cottage/terrace in Eys Zuid-Limburg

The stone cottage is located in the back of our garden, in the middle of the Heuvelland. You have your own entrance. The cottage consists of a kitchen, simple shower/toilet, living room and a bedroom with 2 box springs (120 x 200 cm). At the rear of the house is a terrace with garden (50 m2), which only you can use. Free WiFi. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels and kitchen linen will be waiting for you. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are also provided.

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!

This townhouse is part of the living area of our farm (dairy farm), and is located on a cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath). This gives you unobstructed views of the meadows and the beautiful Limburg countryside.
