Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Gulf of Thailand

Booked this for a group of 9 people to stay for 3 nights, it was absolutely amazing. We had a big area all to ourselves, when we arrived there were two lovely ladies who met us and answered all our questions. They gave us a tour of the whole house showed us all rooms and bathrooms and made us feel at home. It is definitely more than enough for 9 people, the pool area is great for relaxing and it looks out over the garden, very peaceful. Everyone loved the place, would definitely stay again

Schöne Häuschen im Wald mit Terrasse, mit Blickkontakt zum Haupthaus. Viele Geräusche aus dem angrenzenden Wald. Jeden Tag anderes Frühstück, Trinkwasser konnte man sich nachfüllen. Nachhaltige bewirtschaftung. Mopeds verfügbar. Kati ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

I absolutely loved my stay! The place was super cozy, spotless, and just like in the photos. Communication was easy, quick, and really kind – I felt welcome right away. There’s a supermarket, great restaurants, and cute cafés nearby, yet it’s super quiet and surrounded by greenery and nature. Would definitely come back – highly recommend!

Nida was helpful and communicative which made for an easy stay

Wer eine Ruheoase sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ein Roller kann für einen guten Preis geliehen werden um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der lange Strand ist super zum spazieren gehen. Marco und seine Frau sind herzlich liebe Gastgeber. Die Wohnung bzw Häuschen super modern und gemütlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.

The room is nice, had a great stay as we can see the fireworks from the balcony every night. It is still considered as walkable to the Vui Fest Bazaar which i enjoy. But coming back from Vui Fest Bazaar we used escalator since it is a little bit hilly. On the other hand it is a bit smaller than expected and bit different from the picture (for example, the kitchen area and the washing machine area are different). the plates are a little dirty so i had to wash it before use. But anyway, i would still come here again in the future.

Instructions were precise. check-in and check-out was seamless. Had issue with air-conditioner in one of the room and I hope they'll resolve it.

I chose this place mainly because there is a Kitchen and Lamai is my favorite place in Koh Samui. Luckily there was a huge terrace with a fantastic view where I spent hours every day watching what happened in the lush nature. I like the ocean, but the infinity pool was fantastic. I had it all to myself for hours most days...floting on my air mattress watching the incredible view. The best supermarket (Makro) on the island is just around the corner. You need a scooter to get around. Rental is cheap...but be focused when driving. 3 minutes to Lamai beach and less than a minute to Makro supermarket.

The place had beautiful views from the balcony and was very clean and well-maintained. However, the attitude and behavior of the host/staff could have been better, which slightly affected the overall experience.

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Ist kleiner aber dennoch schön und sauber. Sebastien war sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Tipps gab von ihm um schöne Orte zusehen und Lokale. Er kümmert sich auch für Taxi, Trips oder Roller Mieten. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig um abzuschalten. Wir können es auf ganzer Linie weiter empfehlen.

I don’t even know how to begin this, because writing about Denny’s place feels more like writing about a feeling than a location. It’s not just a study spot—it’s a whole mood. A space that holds you when you’re trying to hold yourself together. I came in needing focus and space, but what I found was presence. Stillness. A kind of safety that’s hard to explain but so easy to feel the moment you walk in. The way Denny has curated the energy here… it’s not loud, not performative. It’s like someone quietly saying, “I got you. Do what you need to do. I’ll hold the space.” That kind of care is rare. I’ve had moments here that were deeply productive, but also moments where I just paused and took a breath I didn’t realize I needed. That’s how honest this space is. So thank you, Denny. For being exactly who you are. And for creating something that feels like an extension of that—real, grounded, quietly powerful.

Amazing place, without hesitation the best beach on Koh Rong Sanloem for peace, quiet, and spectacular sunsets. The bungalows are simply the perfect accomodation to make this a wonderful experience.

The lodging is surrounded by nature. It sits right above an active stream. The lodging is actually two separate buildings with an outdoor deck area off the main bedroom building. If you are expecting a 4 star resort then look elsewhere. This is a GREAT stay if you want upscale camping - again it's surrounded by nature so expect a few mosquitos and bugs. I loved the outdoor feel and the fact that it was right next to a stream. The kitchen is not really meant for cooking but there is a BBQ outside and tools. If you plan to cook then you should bring your own condiments and spices. Would also recommend you bring bug spray, incense. We brought a mosquito swatter and that came in handy throughout our stay. For us this was a great place but I can see how it might not be a fit for everyone. The host was very responsive/polite and communication in English was not a problem. Check in was a breeze as we were met by the caretaker. Personally, I would love to stay here again!

This was by far the best Airbnb experiance I have had which had a big issue years back so had been hesitent as it was costly to find another place to stay last minute on a business trip to Hong Kong. This great experiance has changed my view from Airbnb being more a secondary booking route to a primary route. I do plan on returning possibly around the start of the next dry season with my kids so they can experiance the great hospitality, nature and beachs this wonderful island and host provided. This was my first time in Vietnam and will definatly be back to explore and enjoy the friendly Vietminese people and culture that made me feel at home and more like a local neighbor then just a foreign tourist. Do not hesitate to book as they are exceptional hosts far above many others as had not met a host in almost 15 years as most make you do self check ins that can sometimes be a maze to figure out especially when tired from long travel so why had prefered condohotels for easy checkin

First of all, the surrounding environment is wonderful. The air is cool and perfect for a summer retreat. We stayed during the week and the surroundings were quiet and very relaxing. We had two rooms, complete with bedding. There are no restaurants around because of the location on the mountain, so self-catering is recommended. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, and the owner provided a variety of ingredients and seasonings, which was very helpful. It was nice to have hot showers because of the low temperatures. We enjoyed both the campfires and the BBQ. The starry sky must be beautiful in good weather season. Unfortunately it was cloudy during our stay. If you have a hammock, it would be even more fun. It would be great if we could go kayaking on the lake in front of the house. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in nature.

wunderschöne Anlage, sehr liebe und freundliche Mitarbeitende! Das Frühstück war reichlich & lecker. Dass es die Option gibt, dort auch im Restaurant zu essen, wussten wir vorab nicht, daher hatten wir anders geplant, ist aber gut zu wissen!

Hytta var som beskrevet og vi hadde det helt suverent der. Vann og kaffe inkludert. Stor terrasse med sitteplasser. Biljardbord ved baren. Ingen problemer med Marius, men vi møtte ham aldri. Svarte på meldinger når vi lurte på noe. Taxisjåførene visste ikke hvor det var, men vi fant frem via koordinater på imaps. Google maps viste ingen plassering. Ligger rett ved en elv. Kunne vært lurt å legge til i annonsen at det ligger ved River Resort.

The house from Eleonora was super cozy, clean and fast to reach from the pier. Everything was like described. I didn't have problems by the noise from the bar, even though it was Saturday night. The location is surprisingly peaceful, even though it's in the city. Decided to stay a whole month!

Un luogo con una magia tale da permettermi di trovare me stesso. Descriverlo come un luogo da sogno è poco, tuttavia non è per tutti , bisogna sapersi accontentare, è un luogo per viaggiatori non per turisti ma se quello che cercate è avventura, serenità e Pace questo è il posto giusto.
