Great house! Spacious, gym is ok, cinema is nice, amazing view, bbq by the pool was great, pool is the best part! Bedrooms upstairs have a great view from the balcony! Staff really friendly.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

Its beyond our expectation! We are really happy staying here I booked house for 2 but inform owner that I will stay with 4 toddler Some house will definitely reject my booking but not Cana House I need to add 400thb only and the owner provide us with extra mattress + breakfast for my kids. I’m not expecting kids pool as there are not in the house photo, my kids really excited when they saw that pool. ✅ Kids Friendly with push car & bike ✅ Kids pool ✅ Cozy & clean house ✅ Fascinating view & environment ✅ Delicious breakfast & very good presentation We really love it! 5 stars for the service from Xuan and Kim!! Communication was excellent! The place is beautiful and clean! Each room had their own bathroom! It was convenient to have an elevator so that we didn’t have to carry our big suitcases up. It was my children’s birthdays during our stay and Kim helped me order & arrange delivery of the cakes which turned out fantastic (Kuromi and Pokemon themed) The pool was very nice too! No beach towels so we asked for more white towels. The Location is definitely less busy and very beautiful! The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The only downside is there are not many restaurants. There is a small night market but the food is not good. Grab rides are more expensive going into the city. We were a family of 14 and enjoyed our stay!

Mickey is an excellent host. I actually stayed in 2 of her properties while waiting for my permanent residency at the Base to be completed. She always accommodated my request from early check-in to extensions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Base is in the center of everything and very walkable. Restaurants, malls, shopping, bars, and beach are all around. You can’t beat the location. Highly recommended.

Our stay at La Habana was filled with passionate days and tiring nights. Our access to Hua Hin from here was so easy with a motor scooter, Grab, or on foot. The beach’s so close and a whole family could travel easily and safely walking. Hua Hin is great for all ages and memories will be had.

Serena’s place was very nice and in a convenient location to be able to explore Pattaya, both on foot and bike if you want to do that!

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

Dream villa. Nothing else to say other than it’s perfect. The view is incredible, the villa feels like something from a music video. 10/10. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back again.

The house is very good. Exactly as pictured. The pool is large and clean. The only thing that is unfortunate is that there is no beach.Seafood can be caught by the reef at night.The house is cleaned with housekeepers and gardener every day, very serious.The location of the house is a little far away, you need to drive to a big supermarket, it is located in a fishing village, the seafood taste in the air is a bit heavy.The host is especially responsible for being patient, answering questions 24h online at any time, helping me rent motorbikes, and arranging vehicles to go to the supermarket.

Kai is an Amazing host. with a superb property. This is my 2nd visit here and hopefully will continue to stay here whenever I'm in pattaya. Recommended to all travelers to book this property, as this is well located and also with great amenities, specially the jacuzzi and clean swimming pool.

Beng was super friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had water to stay hydrated and showed us around the house when we arrived. It was clean and a really quiet and peaceful area. All rooms have AC besides the living room but it didn’t bother us since we had fans and we spent most of the time outside anyways. I would definitely book with Beng again!

Our large family had a great time! The location was easy to find and the description matched the house. We opted to rent the villa instead of a hotel so that we can enjoy the communal space and it did not disappoint. Our group had a lot of kids so being able to pick up food and enjoy it in the comfort of the home versus chasing them around a restaurant was ideal. The pool was a major hit for the kids as well; they did not want to leave.
