Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gulf of Papagayo

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. The condo was as described and is in a great location. The views are beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The little beach is great and there are many iguana around the property, much to the delight of our child. The pool was clean and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. В квартире имеется всё необходимое и соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Хозяева очень внимательные и отзывчивые. Гости могут пользоваться стиральной машиной и сушилкой. Гостям предоставляются пляжные коврики, пляжные кресла и зонты от дождя и прогулок под солнцем. До пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. Для гостей с большим багажом недостатком будет не асфальтированная дорога в горку к дому, по которой трудно подниматься с тяжелым багажом. Мы готовы в будущем останавлиться у Katie & Happy и рекомендуем всем.

Beautiful home, close to many restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you can hear almost everything outside and if there are people talking or driving by it is easily heard in the bedroom but the neighbour hood is quiet otherwise, other than that it was a very comfortable stay and safe!

Adrian’s place was clean and comfortable and in a great location. I highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again and Adrian was very nice and very communicative. The place looks exactly like the pictures (even better!)

Très beau séjour dans un endroit vraiment agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et de la piscine. Comme la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas bien, Polino s’est empressé de la remplacer le jour même qu’on lui en a fait part. Étant située dans Pacifico, la maison nous offre la sécurité puisqu’il faut toujours passer à la guérite avec gardien pour accéder au site. Ce fut un séjour en famille inoubliable.

What an incredible place. It’s a few minutes outside Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo and worth the drive. The place has insane views and is so unique. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

Muy satisfecho con la atención de Kevin, cualquier duda que teniamos, respondía rápido, la casa super confortable, tal cual se miraba en las fotos, la privacidad del lugar excelente, mis hijos disfrutaron mucho la piscina, la verdad todo 10/10, volvería a rentar sin duda alguna.

Great location in Playa del Coco! Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but not in the busy area so still relatively peaceful. 35 minutes to the airport or rental car return location. We will definitely stay again!

Unbelievable place to stay. The space, the views, the pool, all amazing. You will be confronted with critters and will definitely need 4 wheel drive but outside of that there is no other considerations. This is the nicest place I've ever been

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

Views were stunning with an infinity pool. Huge kitchen and bedrooms. Beautiful home.

Great place to stay. Close to Brasilito and Conchal and local restaurants. Quiet and peaceful little place. Very enjoyable. Would stay here again for sure.

We had such a lovely stay. The view is extraordinary, and the space is comfortable and clean. We especially loved the big comfortable deck chairs on the terrace in the mornings and at night. The pool is beautiful. The whole team is so friendly and helpful.

¡Nos encanta! Ya nos hemos hospedado dos veces y es hermoso. El condo es súper cómodo y está totalmente equipado. La reserva preciosa y el Beach Club nos encanta para pasar el día. La playa es de las más lindas del país. Definitivamente recomiendo si buscan un lugar familiar, cómodo y con acceso directo a la playa Conchal.

The place was clean and private and my family enjoyed several days exploring the area and enjoying the pools. We really appreciated David's hospitality in welcoming us to the place when we first arrived. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Michelle's place is super cute as described. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra pillows. We enjoyed going to the beautiful beaches and it was great to have the beach chairs & cooler for our use. We had the pool all to ourself, which we enjoyed. We really loved the town and all of the fabulous restaurants. Thank you, Michelle!

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Can't say enough about the Krain team. We arrived and went to their office downtown Player Del Coco. From the first time we experienced the girl in the office, it was incredible how she went out of here way to start the Krain experienced that we had the whole time we were there. Next was the Maintenance guy. that helped us get in as our key was not working. The team at Krain is top notch, our stay at the condo was great! Even the guard at the entrance was very professional. Yes it is a gated community which was great but would have felt safe if it was not there. I sent an email to the office about the lock having problems, and while we were away that day, the lock had been changed. The owners that rented this through Krain are blessed to have a team that really cares! Thanks' to all for allowing my wife & I too have a great relaxing experience In Coco.

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of condo in a safe area. The pool and area outside the condo is very nice and a great spot to hangout. We had a rental car which made the short drive in to town very easy.
