Vacation rentals with lake access in Gulf of Nicoya

I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again , the host was so friendly and accommodating and the house was extremely beautiful , clean and comfortable.

Sugerencia para inquilinos: de verdad el carro tiene que ser 4X4!! El lugar es hermoso, no sé los puedo explicar lo bello que es...pero la entrada y salida es sumamente difícil si no tienes 4X4, y si usas los transportes o "taxis" que hay acá en Santa Teresa acá los extranjeros te cobran hasta 16 000 colones ( 31.50$) por un viaje de 2 min ida y vuelta, en mi opinión muy caro el transporte jaja. Pero en general es un lugar hermoso! Definitivamente volveremos en verano para disfrutar más de la zona y la casa. Gracias Alvaro siempre por su amabilidad y atención, fue el mejor Host🙂‍↕️🥹 la verdad tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, vimos monos, disfrutamos la piscina, hasta tomar una ducha con el bosque a la vista fue renovador! Amamos!

Lugar muy cómodo, limpio y con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar alimentos, anfitriona muy atenta de respuesta rápida y facilidad para solventar consultas, alojamiento recomendado al 100.

The home was exactly as described and offers beautiful views of the lake! The home is close to La Fortuna and all attractions. The layout worked well for our family (older adult child and two teenagers). Nancy is a great host and gave us good suggestions for things to do! We enjoyed our stay in El Castillo/Lake Arenal area and will be back!

This house is the perfect spot while exploring La Fortuna. It’s so close to all the restaurants and excursions. We ended up stopping at the house between all of our activities because it was so close and easy to access. The house is way nicer than the pictures look and very clean! The pool was very refreshing and the views of the volcano were amazing!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

After staying here last year our kids were so excited to come back! They love the pool! The house has everything you need and is very clean! The property is amazing and we have even seen several sloths.

We have stayed at Casa Isabelita multiple times. It is always so peaceful. We hope to stay again.

It truly is a little slice of heaven! Pictures don’t come close to doing it justice! We stayed 3 nights. It was easy to get to and close to the La Fortuna area. We can’t recommend pie in the sky enough! From check in to checkout it was wonderful!

The only negative that Miguel has for his beautiful place is the guards. It seems in their attempt to keep the property safe they repeat the check in repeatedly with every time you enter the property. There needs to be a way that once you check in they will recognize either the car or a paper that allows you to get in without having to sit through the process EVERY time. If you are coming and going through out the day it is very frustrating.

This condo is located on the third floor (via elevator) at the end of a hall, with views to a green space and giant chunk of granite. The unit has two bedrooms (only one with AC) with a third loft style swing space (office / bedroom). The kitchen & living space are compact but sufficient for a short stay. The true bonus is access to a clubhouse with bar/restaurant, two pools, gym and two tennis hard courts. The recreational space has a wonderful view down to the Central Valley. We appreciated the security at the property entrance & access to a covered parking spot. The main issue to consider is the fact that a condo has neighbours - some of whom have dogs that bark and/or enjoy family gatherings at a volume not conducive to sleep on a Saturday night. Otherwise, it’s a good option for activities in and around Santa Ana & San Jose.

The place was amazing! Just as described and actually even better than the photos. Everything was meticulously clean and organized. Everything you needed was inside the condominium. Extremely fast and easy check in and check out. The host was fast and extremely responsive. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you!!

Truly splendid stay! Inflatable jacuzzi was amazing! And you can’t beat fresh clean water, chlorine free! We absolutely loved the place. We would definitely come again. Amazing price, definitely worth what we paid. It works great for a family with up to 4 children. Our king size bed was comfortable completely a dream. Nice kitchen well stocked. Huge glass front gives the house a sunny open feel. Even had a washer and dryer to get laundry done. Even provided laundry soap and extra toilet paper when needed. There’s even a simple grill and charcoal we used to grill supper.

La fortuna nunca decepciona y en esta ocasión en el hospedaje de Adrian no fue la excepción, su casa es simplemente hermosa, acogedora y con una vista increíble, cuenta con lo necesario para hacer de la estadía muy placentera. My daughter and her boyfriend were there for a bike ride ride. The location was perfect for proximity to the ride and a great environment to relax following a strenuous day! There was a slight mix up with rooms, but it was quickly resolved for everyone. And, my daughter loved the replacement digs (pets included!) Kees is extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. We highly recommend him and his accommodations.

We stayed at Juan's recently and were very happy! The unit itself is gorgeous with everything meeting our needs, and the host was very responsive, helpful and made the check-in and check-out process very straightforward with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again!

This was an amazing AirBnB there is far more to do and enjoy on the farm than you expect. The farm is enormous and there is a short hike down a little hill through the jungle that leads down to a big open area for cattle where you can cross a stream and enjoy the beautiful nature. Also there is this great, cheap restaurant called Victorino's which is relatively close.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar en familia con todas las comodidades, excelente para ir con mascotas ya que hay mucho espacio, la anfitriona siempre atenta y amable, en fin todo muy bien.

pasamos bárbaro, éramos 3 familias, 17 personas y nos ubicamos perfecto, la casa muy bien equipada. pudimos hacer varios paseos cerca de ahí,
