Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gulf of Naples

We three 70+ year olds absolutely loved Barbara's place and would definitely stay there again. I could actually live there. It was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view. The restaurant just a few steps away that Barbara recommended was great...ate there three times. Barbara was very responsive and even provided some snacks and American coffee, which is hard to find. The location is high up and peaceful. It took us a couple of days to feel comfortable getting down and locating bus to bring us back up, but we did it.

Und einen ganz besonderen Dank an ihren Vater für die unkomplizierte freundliche Begrüßung, die zahlreichen Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und sein Angebot bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung zu stehen. Die riesige Wohnung mit dem Zitronengarten ist wirklich zauberhaft, sehr komfortabel, authentisch und bietet einfach alles was man benötigt. Baiano ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um den Vesuv und an die Amalfiküste. Sehr gute Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Alessandra’s villa is gorgeous! The view was phenomenal and the place very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend. Love to come back sometime. There is obviously lots of stairs to go anywhere in the area so might want to consider that when booking. Thank you Alessandra!

Lovely unit, Chiara and her father were super welcoming and kind, her father helped us finding the best restaurant. Everything is perfect! It's only 2 mins away from the entrance of path of the gods. Highly recommend!! The unit is cozy and very beautifully designed, we really enjoyed the stay!

La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et très propre. La vue de la terrasse du haut est tout simplement incroyable ! On se sent vraiment comme à la maison, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres immenses et pratiques. Place de parking pour une voiture très pratique à côté de la maison. L'endroit est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région. Caterina nous a réservé un très bon accueil, avec de bons conseils, et même quelques cadeaux de bienvenue ! Attention cependant aux escaliers un peu raides, et à la circulation de la route très proche. A part cela, tout était parfait ! Hautement recommandé !

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

apologies once again for the late check in, my miscalculation ( flight delay, delay at car rental, delays due to football celebration at the city centre of Naples) all together added up and we reached the house at 2:30 am. All this while Annamaria communicated proactively with us helping us with local information. She and her daughter stayed awake and guided us to the property. I really appreciate their out of the way help. Other than that the house was in a very picturesque location. it's walkable to the bus stop, mini market and restaurants. I really recommend people visiting Amalfi from pianillo to take the bus instead of rental car as it's very difficult to find a parking place in Amalfi.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommend staying at Roberta's. The villa is charming, with all the amenities needed. Roberta also had some wonderful snacks waiting for us as well. It is nestled in the hills of Naples with breathtaking views that are even better than the photos. We felt right at home amongst all the beauty and wish we had more time to stay. Perhaps best of all was a friendly and accommodating host. Due to a flight delay and lost luggage, we arrived MUCH later than check in, and were exhausted and jet lagged when we finally arrived. Roberta was very understanding throughout our ordeal, kept in communication with us, and gave us no problem arriving so late. Thank you, Roberta!

We LOVED it! Emiliana’s place was recommended to us by friends as the highlight of their trip. We, too, can say that her place is very special and it was such a memorable experience to stay there. The photos cannot do it justice, and somehow the 91 stairs from the church piazza up to the apartment felt worth it, every single time. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with, before and during our stay. Emiliana shared a wonderful path up the Valle del Dragone to Ravello that was one of our trip highlights. She was very flexible with our arrival and was able to graciously extend our stay when we ran into an issue. If you have the chance to stay in this magical place , you’ll never forget it.

Simo stati 4 giorni ,la casa è ristrutturata da poco per cui è pulitissima , la vista dalla terrazza è eccezionale tanto da rimanere anche delle ore ad ammirare la baia ,bagno nuovo e anche la cucina attrezzatissima anche se noi si stava in spiaggia e l’abbiamo usata poco. Consiglio vivamente a prenotare tale casa .

Absolutely loved Martina’s condo. It was in a perfect location! Just steps away from Piazza Tasso, the heart of historic Sorrento. The condo is right in the middle of the vibrant life the city has to offer. Martina was incredibly attentive, communicative and responsive throughout my stay, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. She also made helpful recommendations that really added to my experience. I highly recommend this place for a single traveler or a couple looking to soak in the charm of Sorrento with the support of a wonderful host.

Valerio’s place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was the little extras like the snacks and even a bottle of wine, not to mention recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Overall, it was a great stay.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s! We enjoyed hearing about the history of his home and neighborhood. He was more than just welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is homey and extremely clean, especially for such an old historical building. The location was perfect. It was near restaurants and interesting shops but also away from the busy touristy areas. Everything was within walking distance including the train station and ferry. If we are ever lucky enough to get back to Salerno, we would stay here again.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

They were so kind and went above and beyond to help with everything — from fantastic local recommendations to assisting with reservations, transportation, and more. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in dem bezaubernden Ort Anacapri. Wir haben viel unternommen und die zahlreichen wunderschönen Ecken der Insel erkundet und jeden Tag total genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, zentral gelegen und angenehm ruhig. Bianca ist ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Liebe Bettina, wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt. Tamara, vor Ort, ist eine großartige Unterstützung und ich empfehle diesen Empfehlungen auf Capri zu folgen. Es ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige und zentrale Unterkunft. Man erreicht den zentralen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, Capri- Stadt wie auch den Busbahnhof mit Bussen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb v. 5- 10 min. Man wohnt aber oberhalb der ruhigen Straße mit dem Blick auf die Marina piccola. Ganz Capri wie auch die Unterkunft erfordern ein wenig Freude beim Treppen steigen. Wir wollen wieder kommen. Stayed in this guest house for a week during our honeymoon. We loved eating outside on the patio and cooked regularly in the neat, well-appointed kitchen. The garden is spectacular in the spring with views of the coast in the background and lemon and orange trees. Although we found Forio a bit dusty/busy for our tastes, this property was a peaceful retreat and we were able to walk to the beach and scooter all over the island (on a rental seamlessly arranged by our hosts). Giuseppe and Sara were very responsive throughout our stay and made themselves available at a moment’s notice for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Simply put, this place is MAGICAL. From the moment we checked in, everything—from the villa’s thoughtful amenities and extras, to the breathtaking views and seamless transportation around the island—was exceptional. The villa itself exceeded every expectation, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was getting to know Bruna. There’s truly no one like her—always ready to help, always making things easier and more enjoyable. In just four days, she felt like family. Capri will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Vittorio’s place. The house was spacious, welcoming and had all of the amenities we needed. We particularly loved the terrace with the amazing views of the sea. We found several great restaurants nearby and found the marina so convenient for water taxis and excursions to Amalfi, Capri and Positano. The location in Praiano, while close to many things, is also a good bit quieter than the much busier towns of Amalfi and Positano but close enough to get there easily by driving or by water. We just loved it and our hosts were amazing with their recommendations and communication. 5 stars for sure!

This rental worked out well for my family while we visited from the US. The house is in a peaceful, quiet, and private area. We did our research on the area and we knew this was in the country and not walkable. You really need a car if you’re going to stay here. This isn’t a negative in my opinion, just want other renters to be aware. The host was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! Silva and Francesco were the perfect host. The house was equipped with everything we needed! They provided us with ideas and arrangements for our day trips during our stay!

A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing location. The villa has character and the log fire is a great focal point. Outdoor spaces for eating and chatting. A few minutes drive further up the hill is an amazing viewing point with restaurant. Marina is helpful, responsive and friendly.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at your place and we love it there! We feel very at home and Giovanna is always so helpful with anything we need! We love the size of the place and can have family dinners there and enjoy the beautiful patio and view! We also love the location - it is withing walking distances of the train station, stores and restaurants! We look forward to coming back again next year!
