Our 'olive casino' is in a particularly green, quiet, pleasant and residential area of the island. It is particularly suitable for hosting a couple or a family with children, who want to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area without sacrificing the proximity to the sea or the center. The house, despite being on a panoramic promontory on Mount Epomeo, is connected by a short path to the beach of San Montano (both equipped and free) and the famous thermal pools of the Negombo complex and is a five-minute drive from the beach of San Francesco and the centres of Lacco Ameno and Forio. It is a single villa, with fenced private garden, equipped patio, outdoor shower and possibility of outdoor self-parking. Inside it is divided into a large living-sleeping area finely furnished and super bright, equipped kitchen and bathroom window with shower cabin. Guests will be able to take exclusive advantage of the villa and garden and the patio equipped with a table and chairs, bench and sun loungers. In addition, from the end of May to September, guests will be able to enjoy the fruits of the VEGETABLE garden (tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, salad, lemons, mulberries, nespoles, figs, etc.) on the property. I, Rita, together with my children, live in the property adjacent to the 'olive casino' and will therefore always be ready to welcome our guests and answer their questions and needs.
