Vacation rentals with a home theater in Gulf of California

Great stay. The place has everything you need with a beautiful outdoor. There is a busy road right behind it but it was not noisy at all. Would definitely book again!

Another great find in the old port/malecón area. Close to the action and plenty of restaurants and bars. The 3rd floor patio has breathtaking views. The place was just as described and hosts where quick to respond to any questions you had. While we did not need it, it does have a lock out unit if traveling with more than 2 people which is good to know for the future. We and our pup had a great time and would stay there again!

Amazing stay! Tania is very communicative and supportive. The home is absolutely gorgeous and very well located with a Chedraui very near and a Starbucks! The gym and amenities are great.

Our group had a spectacular time here. The amenities are truly top tier. The gym was fantastic. The pool is gorgeous. The poolside bar and restaurant was so nice to have. The rooftop w the fire pit and view was so special. We rented the golf cart for $50/day and zipped around the whole complex w ease. Palmilla beach is close by and absolutely gorgeous. Rob&Jen were very communicative and helped us w any issues we had. Highly recommend for a fun group or family vacation!

It was an emergency booking when my other booking fell through. The place is brand new. It is a good sized studio. The front courtyard has a good fence and outdoor table and chairs with am shade. Roberto was very kind, answered questions, helped me get a good delivery for dinner. TV is like a movie theater for next flicks. Bed is comfortable but there is a lot of light at night in the windows. Still it is a good place, I would stay again!

The home is absolutely great! Private location. Safe! Only thing I would suggest the host being open about is the fact that this home is a dual home. Meaning that if you rent the top part of the home Apt A, there is a possibility there may be people in the downstairs home Apt B as it’s basically one house with two floors that could be shared with another family! My personal opinion.

De principio, tuve algunos inconvenientes con la aplicación de Airbnb. La estancia estuvo bien, el anfitrión siempre resolvió las dudas, la casa muy limpia y con buena ubicación. Sí volvería a reservar en un futuro.

Loved the air bnb Juan is also real proactive and friendly. The house looks just like the pictures it’s private and pristine. Beautiful house to stay in when visiting Hermosillo, the house is very spacious and modern. I come often Ill definitely be booking here every time. Also there is Stores down the street. 11/10 ⭐️ ‘s

Súper bien la casa, limpia, agradable y zona tranquila.

Lugar cómodo, me sentí como en casa, las personas encargadas siempre al pendiente de lo que ocupábamos,lugar céntrico en cuestión de tiendas a los alrededores. Muy amables las personas encargadas al prestar mobiliario para playa, la verdad que fue de mucha utilidad ya que de no ser a si, habría que rentar en cada playa que uno va. La zona muy tranquila para habitar.

Timothy’s place was great. It was private, clean and comfortable, plenty of room and beds for the whole family. The pool was great for the kids to have some fun. It had everything that we needed for a family reunion. Timothy is a great host. He was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. He gave us very detailed directions and instructions to make our stay easy to enjoy. I definitely recommend his place 100%. Thank you Timothy for your hospitality.

El departamento está muy bonito y cumple con todas las descripciones, además Betty siempre estuvo al tanto para cualquier inquietud que tuviera.

Quedamos fascinados !!!! la vista es increíble en el Departamento y en el camino para llegar las vistas son hermosas , mis hijos amaron la alberca es muy grande y me encantó que es una profundidad adecuada , así puedes relajarte sin preocupaciones , el lugar es súper seguro la gente que trabaja hay es muy amable e Itzel y su esposo súper atentos contestan inmediatamente siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades …. Vale la Pena en todo sentido!!!!Rentenlo no se arrepentirá !!!!! Gracias , sin duda regresaremos

Zona tranquila para descansar pero cercana al Malecón si vas en carro. Las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron valiosas y lo mejor era el paisaje y los atardeceres desde el balcón. Definitivamente regresaremos 😃

The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our group. Picture perfect views, amazing restaurants located on the resort, and all hotel amenities can be utilized with the stay. Laura was extremely helpful with the booking process and provided quick responses with any inquiries we had during our stay. Highly recommend this property and the host!

This place was great, it was clean and it had great views of the sunset/Sea Of Cortés. Plenty of security. it was about a five minute drive to the Malecón. it was extremely quiet at night. Pre-determined parking was helpful. two pools that were amazing my son loved them both. I didn't get to use the BBQ or the movie theater. I highly recommend this place for a couple.

MUY BUEN LUGAR

Muy bonito el departamento y muy cómodo.

El condominio y seguridad excelentes. Alejandro estaba pendiente de responder … solo no había agua para tomar.. siempre que me había quedado en Airbnb había agua. En general el lugar súper bien y cómodo, súper tranquilo y silencioso … Solo la alfombra un poco con polvo y algunos utensilios de cocina no estaban bien lavados y el microondas sucio.
