We had a very relaxing stay. Really enjoyed the beautiful environment Tom has created.

The upstairs apartment at Jeffrey’s was wonderful with beautiful views of the sea and fishermen pulling their boats up on the beach. It was well-stocked and very comfortable. The space was light and airy with high ceilings and big windows, very artistic. The views from the balcony were expansive. You could access the beach easily. Jeffrey was very responsive and super friendly, very helpful. Best place to stay in San Juanico, would stay there again.

Tom is such a nice and attentive guy. He was always available for us even when I left the keys inside the place, he rescued us right away. I highly recommend the place and the host.

Great place. Tons of wildlife and natural beauty abound. Such a wonderful spot to watch the ocean or the moon rise above the horizon.

Place was just as the pictures showed. Place was clean. Super nice. Check in was super easy. Location was great. Using the gps to get there is good but don’t turn down the dirt road that it tells you to. Get to rental from the malicon. Definitely bring some towels or buy some here. With 2 showers some days, there wasn’t enough. We left the ones we bought there but still needs more. Wished there was a washer and dryer but the laundry mat was super close. The pool was 12 steps from our patio and heated. Was perfect. Loved the pool bathroom being out by it. Would have liked a tv in our bedroom but not a deal breaker. All in all was super pleased with it. Was glad we brought clothes hangers too

Lovely & peaceful. Beach is a close walk with beautiful sunsets. Pool was great during mid day heat. Super clean space & we liked the artwork on the walls. Loved the array of seating options outdoors. Missing it already!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and with minimalist decor. Clean whites and great external and internal security. The only issue to improve is that the geolocation address shown in the app is not correct and we were going around to find it. It is recommended to arrive during the day because there is no street lighting at night.

Great place will book again!

We had a great stay. I was a little hesitant to stray from Sandy Beach, but I’m so glad we did. Playa Encanto is beautiful and has everything I love about Sandy Beach, but is much less crowded. Encantame Towers is gorgeous, with great pools, surprisingly good restaurants and great service. We especially loved the palapas on the beach and the rooftop pool. The condo itself was very clean and had all the basic cooking implements, some beach towels, and etc. We’ll definitely check Tana’s place for availability on our next trip to Rocky Point!

Great spot to stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The view of 3 surf breaks from the hot tub was awesome. There were a couple good places to eat within a short walk. Only minuses would be the not walker friendly zone and road noise. The walk down the dirt road was chill and the beach walking was good, but getting to other zones required an uber.

We had a great stay here. Location was walkable but also has great parking if you have a car for excursions. The pool and rooftop areas of the condo complex were wonderful. The condo was mostly as advertised, and the provided chairs, umbrella and cooler were clutch for beach days. Highly recommend, we had a great stay and it was great for children, too.

Beautiful unit, and a very cool property. Me and one other friend stayed for 3 days and had a great time. There’s two masters and both have deck access directly from the rooms. More than enough room for 4 people. They also have a filtered water line installed in the unit so helps a ton to not worry about that! Pools are a good hang. We found the main pool to be more entertaining than the rooftop pool, but it’s still cool to go up and see it at happy hour. Lots going on at the beach too Overall location is a bit odd from an access standpoint if you’re planning to explore and drive, but is still only 15-40 minutes from most places (downtown/golf courses) Overall, would definitely recommend.

Perfect, more than ideal for the price, highly recommended

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

The stay was excellent, Karen responded very quickly and promptly solved a small problem we had with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. The apartment is great and clean and new. The building is also very well located.

I liked it a lot. Jisela was always attentive to our comfort.

Beautifully decorated apartment with gorgeous view to Sandy beach. It is located on a brand new resort, with very kind staff. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, yet room service is also available. Lots of restaurant options, so you don't even need to get out of the resort if you don't want to. Boan was very communicative and attentive. He gave us detailed instructions and our stay was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend!

The place was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! Its an amazing place for the price with stairs right to the pool, bar, and beach!

Words can’t really describe how great our stay was! We stayed with our toddler (19 months) and the condo was perfection. It had everything we needed and more. Susie was the absolute best host. SO responsive and made incredible recommendations. The resort next door was also great to have access to. We ate there often for breakfast, lunch & dinner. And we visited the pools. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be going back to stay in this beautiful condo!!

Beyond a 5 star experience. Pictures are exactly what you find inside, with many extras to make all your coffee dreams come true 😉 Very clean. Through instructions to utilize all the amenities. Peaceful sleep with the ocean breeze coming right through your balcony doors! Better then expected on all levels!

We recently stayed at Joshua’s place and could not have been happier. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the views were spectacular! Josh was very responsive with some minor questions. The beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes in the kitchen were easily accessible. The hotel itself is still under construction as there is no main lobby, restaurants or gym in phase 3. However we were able to access them thru the other phases. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the host for making our trip to puerto penasco memorable!

The place is amazing, the apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, it is a very quiet place and the area is very nice. Tathiana is an excellent host. We will definitely be back
