New home with a view of the sea

You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation place. Our house is 7 km outside the center. It is in a village style. My apartment is very easy and transportation is comfortable. Izmir - Balıklova Municipality 5th of 5 hours is available for all 2 hours. There is a nice İçmeler 5 bay and a dolmus. I can give a city card. Sea view from the balcony of the house, mountain view by the kitchen. Sea 10 min walk. There is a grocery store at the end of the house. Hot bread with bagels crispy in the morning. Waiting for my guests.

You can enjoy the sea and the sun. Very close to the main street where you can find many supermarkets, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away. 10 minutes away from Urla, 20 minutes away from Alaçatı / Çeşme, 30 minutes away from Seferihisar / Karaburun, 40 minutes away from the airport by car.
