Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

In the countryside, come and rest in this room adjoining the main house with independent entrance and private parking. 160 cm bed, dressing room, high table with stool, fridge, microwave, toaster, shower, toilet. 1 km from the Canal du Midi, 3 km from the nearest village. You can also drive to Toulouse in 25 minutes or in 10 minutes to Nailloux to enjoy the famous village or its lake with Aquaparc. The city of Carcassonne is 1 hour away and Narbonne beach is 1.5 hours away.

Quick access by highway to the mountains or the sea, Villenouvelle train station is a 5-min walk.

Boat on the Canal du Midi near Toulouse

The boat is located between Toulouse and Castelnaudary. This houseboat is rented as a river cottage; it won't be possible to sail. The goal is to discover the calm and tranquility of the Canal du Midi while staying on the "Dimples". My place is close to several restaurants and family-friendly activities are close by. (water games, equestrian center, brand village). A bike ride under the plane trees of the bike path is recommended.
