5 min from the sea, this peaceful 90 m² accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to the house: a soccer field, tennis court and playground for children. On the shopping side, the village of Guimaëc, 5 minutes' walk away, has a bakery, a supermarket, and a tapas bar-restaurant. In the heart of Locquirec, straddling Finistère and Côtes d'Armor, a small traditional seaside house, a few minutes' walk from the beaches, hiking trails (GR 34), shops and restaurants. Free shuttles in summer. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, sofa bed, TV/DVD player, toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot. Bathroom with shower. Sea view. A small shared garden and a lockable shed for bicycles, surfboards, etc.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
