We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect if you're looking for a more relaxing stay. It's not too far from the Old Town and some beaches by foot though having a car made life a lot easier! We had great communication with the hosts who provided local recommendations and were quick to respond to our queries. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for having us :)

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i denna lägenhet som ligger perfekt till nära marinan – med gångavstånd till både restauranger och stränder. Lägenhetskomplexet imponerade verkligen med sina fina gemensamma faciliteter, särskilt inomhuspoolen, gymmet och de utvändiga poolerna som höll hög standard. Lägenheten var välutrustad med allt vi behövde för våra två veckor, vilket gjorde vistelsen både bekväm och smidig. Parkeringen i garage under huset var ett stort plus, särskilt med tanke på värmen och damm. Det enda som drar ner helhetsintrycket något var att balkongen mot marinan vette mot en ganska trafikerad väg, vilket gjorde att ljudnivån ibland blev lite hög – trots den fina utsikten. Sammanfattningsvis en riktigt bra lägenhet med utmärkt läge och fina faciliteter. Skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att återvända!

Wonderful stay at Sandrine’s beautiful apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped, beautifully light and airy and surprisingly spacious. Two terraces add to that feel and provide lovely spaces to relax and watch the world go by. Ideally located minutes from the wonderful beaches of Albufeira, and the old town restaurants and bars but private and quiet in the evenings. Perfect for Uber pick ups made moving around outside the town very easy too. Some lovely touches like beach parasols , sun cream etc made our holiday easier from the outset .

Die Wohnung ist groß, komfortabel und lichtdurchflutet, es ist für alles gesorgt, sogar Sonnenschirme sind vorhandenund auch Kaffee steht bereit, Highlights sind die schöne Terrasse, von der man sogar auf den Hafen sehen kann und der eigene Parkplatz, für An und Abreisende eine große Erleichterung. Allerdings: wer lärmempfindlich ist sollte aufpassen, wir hatten das Pech das in unserer letzten Nacht ein Club in der Nähe aufdrehte, man hörte den Bass bis 4 Uhr morgens, zum Glück hatte ich Ohrstöpsel dabei.

This is a lovely apartment. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The surroundings are really nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Excellent apartment and smooth check-in experience

Anúncio como publicitado, espaço limpo, sossegado, comunicação direta, simpática e rápida. Localização central, perfeita para andar a pé ou de carro pela zona. A repetir.

Le logement est exactement conforme aux photos et à la description. Tout était impeccablement propre et bien rangé. Les équipements sont exceptionnels, rendant la maison parfaitement fonctionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement adoré la piscine privée, où nous avons créé de merveilleux souvenirs en famille. La résidence est calme, magnifiquement entretenue et très agréable. Nancy est une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours très réactive lors de nos échanges. Je recommande vivement cette maison et Nancy en tant qu'hôte.

Coisas boas: - A casa é muito espaçosa, tem diversas casas de banho com secador e toalhas, a pressão dos chuveiros é ótima. - A cozinha é bastante grande, com muita arrumação e muito funcional. - Estava muito calor no exterior, mas a casa manteve-se sempre fresca. - O jardim é muito espaçoso e bem tratado. A estrela foi, sem dúvida, a piscina. Muito grande, água sempre limpa, com uma plataforma com água pelos tornozelos, junto às escadas, para relaxar ou para as crianças brincarem. Coisas menos boas: - Os cantos da casa (tetos e rodapés) tinham teias de aranha e alguns bichinhos. - A casa era só para nós, mas colado à casa há uma espécie de anexo onde mora uma pessoa, com quem nos cruzamos diversas vezes no espaço exterior. Houve também uma noite em que 4 colaboradores do dono da propriedade estavam a fumar junto à piscina e foi constrangedor. - As janelas dos quartos têm estores blackout interiores (estilo IKEA) que não são suficientes para tapar a luz da manhã.

This villa is amazing, all bedrooms are en suite and the villa is well equipped with snooker table, gym, hammocks, table tennis table, loungers, towels, well stocked kitchen, bbq area. It’s got everything you could need. Sérgio was easy to communicate with, the boat tour, massages, daily cleaning and yoga were all amazing additions - highly recommend! Such a convenient location by the airport.

Casa em lugar super tranquilo, com excelente vista e pátio para relaxar e fazer refeições. Casa muito bem equipada, cozinha com muitos utensilios e os básicos para cozinhar.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch familienfreundlich. Wir waren dort mit unserem Baby und es gab z.B. Spielsachen, einen Hochstuhl, Strandausrüstung samt Sonnenschirmen, Mückenspray, Mosquitonetz (gab wenig Mücken aber so war es sicher), Pflaster... Außerdem Pferde, Katzen und Hühner. Ein Auto braucht man natürlich, denn es ist sehr abgelegen. Markus ist ein sehr netter, ruhiger Gastgeber, der uns auch ein paar gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben hat. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa van Bruno! Mooi huis, lekker zwembad en ook nog een heerlijke jacuzzi! Bruno is een geweldige host, mega gastvrij en reageert snel op vragen. Kortom, een top vakantie gehad! Echt een aanrader.

Every now and again you find an AirBnB that will live long in the memory. Cada das Amendoeiras is one of those places. Silvia and her family have done a wonderful job of renovating this property. It has character, is spotless, well stocked, in a great location and easy to access. There are lots of different spaces within the house which are great for groups or just curling up in a quiet spot and reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. We found Silves to be a great base for exploring the Algarve region. The town itself is beautiful. Enough restaurants / cafes / shops, and the market an excellent place to pick up local breads / cheese / vegetables and fish. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was proactive throughout, and super responsive to lots of questions about what to see, where to go etc. If you are reading this review and considering the property, just book it. It’s simply fantastic. Thank you to Silvia and her family for sharing this beautiful house.

Special mention and thank you very much must go to the reception staffs whom were always very helpful and friendly throughout the stay and also communication through app . We did not made use of the mid-week cleaning service but only asked for clean towels and that was not a problem. Personal preference, the bed could have been more comfortable as per my husband. Overall we have had a great stay.

Very nice place to stay. The view is breathtaking and we slept very well. Nothing bad to say. Burgau is very nice too! We recommend.

Fantastic, relaxing break, the apartment had everything we needed - probably one of the most accurate listings I’ve ever come across. Spotlessly clean, modern furnishing set in a quiet location 10 minutes from the marina. We had no issues at all during our stay but John reached out a few times to check in with us, a lovely touch.

Linda was so kind and accommodating. We arrived several hours before check in time and she looked after us. Apartment is fantastic. Very spacious and has everything. Highly recommended.

Lovely holiday in lovely accomodation in nice surroundings with nice pool,also nice and quiet except for village celebrations for chicken piri piri weekend but you can't have it all,nice village with wonderful resteraunts and beaches only 10 minutes away by car.

Nice apartment for a summer holiday. Great location, walkable to everything. Pool is nice and wonderful for kids. It's in a bustling and busy area, but the apartment complex felt private and secure. Tarik was fantastic host and extremely helpful and accomodating.

Great location, super property, squeaky clean - provided you can enter the complex. Carlos communicated quickly but his English is difficult to follow. Wifi is excellent and the large balcony is a great place to relax.

Excellent séjour en Algarve. Tout était conforme à nos attentes, et le logement très bien situé, à proximité des restaurants et commerces. La piscine est un plus non négligeable.
