We were positively surprised by the appartment. It looked even better than ok the photos. The view was spectacular and location is ideal. Communication was also really good and Maria sent us useful recommendations. Would definitely visit again!

La maison pour débrayer, dans la simplicite, ressourçante. Elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle, linge de maison, on a l’împression d’arriver chez des amis qui ont tout laissé à disposition. Le grand plus est cette belle plage à 2 pas . C’est juste passé trop vite

Great location, beautiful terrace, & great host! Patrice was super friendly & let us check in early which was great. She also was proactive to send pics of how to get to the Airbnb in advance which made finding the location much easier. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place! Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Sem palavras para o apartamento de José! A vista é incrível assim como nas fotos, sem palavras. O apartamento é super completo, acredito que o mais completo que ja fiquei em relação a utensílios de cozinha, além de ser lindo. A comunicação com o José foi fácil e rápida. This was a little piece of paradise on the Algarve Coast. It was a well positioned, spacious apartment that was quite private even though it opened on to a lovely grassy area and pool that was available to other guests. The little beach with a cafe between sandstone/limestone cliffs was picturesque. A lovely accessible cliff walk took you to larger beaches and lots of restaurants near the old town of Albufeira. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

I loved this condo/apartment! I wanted something peaceful with a great view and this certainly delivered. There is a beautiful beach and restaurant just five minutes walk nearby and quick access to additional beaches. You will need to call a Glovo or Uber to get to Old Town, or other beaches but it wasn't hard to get one. Looked like all of the appliances, including the AC units in the living room and bedroom, are brand new. It is overall well stocked and kept very clean, looking just like the photos. Andre and his team were very accommodating! They helped me drop off my bags early, communicated well and quickly assisted me when I locked myself out one night. I was luckily able to extend an extra evening since I enjoyed myself there so much. Overall highly recommend!

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely lovely townhouse. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Comfortably beds, great showers. Excellent parking underneath. Lovely pool although it was a bit cold for us to use in early June. Wi-Fi unfortunately kept dropping in and out (it’s a shared building one) so I’d recommend having data. Highly recommend.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

La maison est magnifique et encore mieux que sur les photos de l’annonce. L’emplacement est idéal. Distance de marche de la plage, des restaurants, des pâtisseries et autres commodités. Merci pour le beau séjour!

In a word. Spectacular. Every detail of Persia's home was well thought out. You walk inside and instantly are taken away into a wonderful retreat. We had an amazing time. We spent some evenings walking the boardwalk, eating at nice restaurants and chatting with the locals. Our stay also afforded us time to explore the southern coast of Portugal. The caves of Benagil. Bucket list item. And only a short drive away. We shopped at Aldi. Even brought our own Aldi bag from the states. (Pro-tip: get the fresh-made Aldi bread. Thank us later.) Some reviews reference the bar across the street. It didn't bother us at all. Some noise, but nothing over the top. After a busy day sight-seeing, we fell into the comfortable bed and never had any trouble falling asleep. Great bathroom and closet storage setup. We've stayed in Airbnb's all over the world, and this one is easily at the top of the list. Book Persia's place now!

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

As always, a super enjoyable stay at Edward’s! It rained some of our week, but that forced us to get out and explore some other areas in the Algarve. Townhouse was clean upon arrival. Great communication and easy check in. Plenty of parking in front of the building. Forcing myself to explore northern Portugal for a while, but looking forward to the next stay at Edward’s cozy townhouse!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est conforme à la description propre, spacieux, calme et agréable, le petit commerce juste en bas de l'immeuble est top! Emplacement parfait, la plage est à 10 min à pied stationnement facile!

Wow,🤩 what an apartment that was, unreal views, walking distance from old town, great Irish bar and Italian restaurant downstairs with supermarket. We have stayed in Portugal 6 times in recent years and this apartment and location beats them all. Thanks Nuno. We will be back.

The apartment is beautiful, such a nice location and Ana is a wonderfully kind lady. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Wir haben über 14 Tage in der Vorsaison einen tollen Urlaub zu zweit in der zentral, direkt am Meer/Strand gelegenen Wohnung von Nora, bei fantastischem Wetter täglich sonnig zwischen 25 - 28 Grad, verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Nora hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt einfach perfekt , zentral im Ort und ist komplett für bis zu 6 Personen mit 2 Bädern in gehobenem Ambiente ausgestattet. Sie hat zudem einen eigenen Tiefgaragenplatz , der etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen ist. Wir können die Wohnung als Hotspot wirklich weiter empfehlen und kommen gern wieder . Einfach nur top .... volle Punktzahl.
