The house is beautiful in general and very clean. There are some things that already feel a little old and in need of maintenance, but everything works great. Julian answered my questions and Martha and Oscar, who take care of the house, were very attentive and accessible. Highly recommended to spend with friends!

The batteries of the air conditioner controls need to be changed, as only 1 works well. There's not much water coming out of the showers. The place is very clean and quiet. Pets are not accepted, but the garden is full of dogs and the garden lacks maintenance. The pool is very good and at a good temperature. The apartment is very good, the exterior does need maintenance. Very attentive and with good recommendations for eating out. Thank you so much!!

Excellent option to go with friends, very spacious house. They helped us solve situations we had, they were very attentive, they recommended several options for home services, we ordered pizza and it was delicious. The beds are clean and comfortable, the pool was the perfect temperature and very good size.

If you are looking for accommodation in Tequesquitengo, Julio's house is an excellent option. The residential complex where the house is located is very quiet and safe. The house is very clean, which is appreciated. The pool is large, the jacuzzi is great. If you bring food, the kitchen is well equipped, and if not, there is a seafood restaurant just outside the residential complex. Julio is also very friendly and is always attentive to answer your questions.

The place was super quiet and very nice, it's just like the photos and the description, it's a complete house, it's very safe because it's a private residential area with security, you have places to eat nearby and an oxxo to shop, as well as a taxi stand. If you go on weekdays and in low season, you have the pool and jacuzzi all to yourself. Fabiola is a great host, always attentive and responds quickly, they also give you very clear and specific instructions for everything, but any questions are resolved quickly. We will definitely be back, it became one of our favorite places to rest from the city, it is a great summer house.

The pool is warm and was always empty, the jacuzzi also has warm water, all the areas have air conditioning, I only struggled with the one in a room and I was able to turn it on almost when I was leaving, but apart from that everything was great, Tere was always attentive to my messages, the house is very nice and spacious, I would definitely stay there again 😁

Everything was very good, we liked it a lot, we will definitely return, the only detail that I would perhaps like is the hot water, since I have children, sometimes they want the water a little warmer, but everything was very good and always attentive to any questions, we felt right at home.

the entire apartment was stunning from the moment we opened the door. the open concept of kitchen and living room made an open direct view to the impressive open beach below. the rooms were super comfortable and spacious. the kitchen has everything you needed to cook a warm meal. Kaya was an amazing host with an amazing amount of insight to Acapulco. the tropical storm shutters were impressive considering we had to use them during our stay. which were controlled remotely and provided security and comfort. absolutely love this place

Alfredo was very kind and let us in before the scheduled time, the house is beautiful and the view of the lake is amazing, from there you can see the sunset. I love that it has a ping-pong table and the rooms inside are very nice.
