The entire house and its private pool are just for you and your guests. The 3 bedrooms have a full bathroom and a half bathroom for the pool area. Pets are welcome. Aurrera is a 5-minute drive away and very close to shops and pizzerias and many more things, even walking. The house has everything and is very close to El Rollo, the technological center, the Coruco Diaz soccer stadium, Tequesquitengo, Jardines de México and the Parachute track among many other things and only 15 minutes by car from Villa Serena.
