Detached house, living room of 45 m2 approx. with equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Wi-Fi. Upstairs, 1 bedroom on mezzanine with 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed that can offer two extra beds. By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

The second accommodation of all the Botplançon gîtes, the Rézé gîte is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace with views of the surrounding countryside, not overlooked. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster...).

It is close to Lac de Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and Canal de Nantes à Brest.
