Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

The boat house

Home away from home... Sit back, enjoy the view and let the calm down. The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, hot plate, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boat house is located as a separate home from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

(Intet skjult rengøringsgebyr!) Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

The room is with its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight stay or two on the road. Tenant can self check in. The home is decorated in an old smithy with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. The garden offers great views of the open field towards a nearby manor. Both Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are less than a half hour drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for bike rides in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
