The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

Villa Sofie, Storehus (Kirsten)

Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor there is a small beach and wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Villa Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards the Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in StoreHus (54m2) there are two beds, a sofa bed, two toilets, one bathroom and kitchen. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of LilleHouse with room for two. The house is small and rustic. Simply furnished and contains all the basics for a good vacation. There are 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle and bus connections close by and free parking.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine
