The family cabin «Lattermild» has all the amenities. Parking right outside the cabin. The price includes bed linen/towel and firewood. The cabin is located in a free area, little insight, has good sun conditions and views of the mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both on foot, skiing and cycling. Savalsjøen is excellent for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Cross-country skiing right outside the cabin. 5 min by car to alpine facilities, ice rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has a road barrier; NOK 80 to drive in, pay via app.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Fjellsyn is located 1110 m above sea level and is a beautiful log cabin/granary on Haugastøl, with a stunning panorama view overlooking Ustevann and Hardangervidda National Park. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. Hytta ligger på Viken Fjellgård, en time fra Lillehammer, rett ved idylliske Espedalsvatnet, 720 m.o.h, og Langsua Nasjonalpark. Her kan man få stillhet og ro, bade, padle, besøke gruver, eller gå turer. Det er kort til høyfjell med mange turmuligheter, eller å gå ut fra gården langs vannet, på stier i skog og mark. Det er koselig uteplass med bålpanne på brygga ved naustet, og det er badestrand på andre siden. Våre gjester kan benytte våre to båter og kano fritt,og vi låner ut to fiskestenger.

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.
