We had an amazing two day stay at Sylvette’s place. It is a cozy place where we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to find and Sylvette was available for an easy check-in. We felt right at home. The home was well cleaned before we arrived and looks exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing. Sylvette had many recommendations for local sites to visit as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walkable to the beach and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. There were even beach towels provided for us to use. I would definitely stay with Sylvette again when returning to San Juan and would recommend her place to friends or family members who are planning on visiting San Juan.

Great stay in a really good location. Cesar offered lots of local recommendations and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

Nice home with everything you’ll need for a family. Good neighborhood with an authentic feel, very clean and organized. Highly recommend, would stay again.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

His mom was friendly upon check in. She even left us more towels and soap and toilet paper after we extended our stay. Loved our stay and felt like home away from home.

Jay was absolutely awesome! We dealt with flight delays, and Jay was extremely accommodating. He allowed us to check in well-past the original time, and even had umbrellas ready for us to use when we arrived. The AirBnB itself was really clean, had really good air conditioning, and was a very short walk/drive to beaches, restaurants, and gas stations/convenience stores. The place was well worth the money spent, and contributed significantly to how pleasant our vacation was.

I had a fantastic stay in San Juan! The apartment was super comfortable and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything you could want in Santurce. What made the experience even better was Sandra, the host. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Puerto Rico!

Agustina was a great host! She’s very responsive and was able to get back to as as soon as possible. Great ac, pretty clean, and always answered our questions regarding anything.

The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Armando was an amazing host , he was very helpful and always quick to respond. His house was in a very great location close to everything . I enjoyed my stay so very much.

Great place, very clean, close to many restaurants, bars, venues, and close to the beach and main other areas good to visit. I would recommend and I would also stay there again in the future

What an amazing house, very beautiful and excluded and Norielis was very nice and responded quickly and clear.

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Robert was an excellent host and I’m planning to stay with him again in the short term future

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

Great place to stay around Loiza, close to all amenities and the beach Clifford was very responsive and helpful

Fab’s place was a quaint little second floor apartment that has been nicely renovated and well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a couple night stay. It was clean, well stocked, and secure. There was enough street parking while we were there on a weekend in June. The window ACs were enough to cool the whole apartment. I found both beds very comfortable. I loved being able to explore old San Juan for a day, site see, and window shop. Night life in the Tmobile district was very lively and a must do! Thank you for a great time.

Edward was a fantastic host. We got accepted the day before our trip, and he was super responsive. The condo matched the description, and you could not beat the price for the location! The nearest beach was a 12-minute walk, and Old San Juan was about a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet and had hidden gems. For example, right around the corner was a restaurant called La Chefi, a Puerto Rican/Asian fusion style. The owner was working the shift when we visited, and it was such a great experience we visited twice! Hands down, I would book again! -Darwin

El alojamiento es literalmente perfecto, su ubicación privilegiada, está cerca de todo y la zona muy tranquila, para descansar después de un día de mucho disfrute, la limpieza, el equipamiento excelente, los tiempos de respuesta de Eric son inmediatos, nos dio seguimiento y recomendaciones desde que reservamos hasta el check out. Esperamos volver de nuevo a PR para quedarnos aquí, el que esté leyendo esto no se arrepentirá de quedarse.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
