The place was very nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hosts were super attentive to everything we needed and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. The space was also very clean and well-maintained. One thing we really appreciated was being able to keep the A/C on throughout our entire stay definitely a plus in the heat! It's also just 10–15 minutes away from the main tourist areas, which wasn’t bad at all. Great balance of comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

Affordable and completely equipped

We had an excellent stay at Liz's property! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the home was spotless. Liz was hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend this place for future visitors!

I had the most wonderful experience at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had many of the amenities we could need—fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. We especially loved the outdoor patio area, where we spent our evenings enjoying the sunset. The location is ideal—close to local beaches, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful enough to escape the hustle and bustle. The host also provided great recommendations for things to do, including hidden gems that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Overall, this Airbnb was an absolute gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Puerto Rico. We will definitely be back!

It's was really easy to find.. Everything was excellent. At a good location. Cataño Plaza is at 3 minutes away, ferry is as 5 minutes away, very good restaurant and alot of fun stuff to do with kids...

I love the area that the home is in and I love the cleanliness and the brightness of the home. The host, as always is so super kind and always quick to respond. This will be our second time with the same host and property. Definitely a must.

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay at this house in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The home was spacious, with three bedrooms and three couches, making it perfect for a group. The large living room was a great place to unwind, especially with two TVs, and the kitchen was very clean and well-equipped for cooking. Carmen was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, even recommending some great local spots to visit, which really enhanced our trip. There are also several food spots within walking distance, which made meals super convenient. Getting around was easy and affordable; Ubers were cheap and reliable, making it simple to explore the area without a rental car. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located stay in San Juan!

I recently stayed here and it was a great experience. The house is beautiful and the space is very cozy. It’s in a central location, close to everything, and you can walk to many great spots. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Brooke’s Airbnb was as described. The location was good—there are stores within walking distance if you need supplies, as well as food options nearby. It's also less than a 5 minute walk to the La Placita hotspot area, where you can enjoy the nightlife if you're interested. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Juan!

The room and location are great. The view is gorgeous. Lots to do in the area! Only negative was the parking. Cheaper parking is further away and always packed. The close parking was $35 a day. Highly recommend any of Beatrice's properties as she provided superb customer service and quick responses.

Great place to enjoy nature and relax. Great restaurants nearby and markets. Apartments have everything that you need and great parking spot. Definitely coming back again.

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Josem was an amazing host from start to finish. The location was great, the room was spotless. The pool was amazing as well. High recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay in the heart of old San Juan

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, we were told this neighborhood isn’t the safest to walk at alone at night which was no problem for us! Jose was very responsive and amazing communication. Close to a lot of places and we would definitely plan to return!
