Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Muy bonito departamento, muy central por la parque Carolina con todo lo que se necesita muy cerca. José Gabriel fue un excelente anfitrion. Me ayudó haciendo reservaciones para las areas humedas, piscina y gimnasio. Disfruté mucho de la estadia y me sentí muy comoda en la casa. La proxima vez que tengo que estar en Quito, volveré con mucho gusto! 100% recomendado!
