Nos Encanto, Carven repellente there is a late night time that the mosquitoes arrive but it is for the span of a few hours, then they disappear😬. Departure to the sea one ran and was already there, the pool is large, there is an area to make roasts, the house is very comfortable, the fireplace I liked it very much, after entering with the cold of the pool, we sat in front of the fireplace, some marshmallows, it has a pool table, large kitchen, clean bathrooms, WE CHARM...

The house is very cozy, very nice, I like that it has its own swimming pool, a lot of space. Everything very good, recommended

Joel's house is much nicer, spacious and complete than we expected, everything was impeccable, the communication was quick they were attentive to everything, we appreciate the flexibility of check-in and check-out times, I would like to narrow down important things that the house has so that they can get to know it better all 3 bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning, they were all super spotless and great conditions It has a basketball court in the front yard The pool is in the front courtyard The house has its Bbq area with grill, they gave us charcoal, it was a nice detail It has 4 hammocks in the outside area of the divine house to appreciate the nature and all around all of that is inside the house privately as well as a garage, so I recommend visiting it if you want to disconnect from the city and spend nice moments with family or friends, the area is safe, the house is super spacious and the weather accompanied a luxurious stay.

Great condo - we really enjoyed the space and location of this condo. It had plenty of room for three couples and two babies. The patio space was a great place to hang out

Excellent choice, comfortable, it has what it takes to make a work visit to the city, but if you come on vacation I think it gives you a lot of facilities. The nearby mall is a plus.

Simply spectacular, the service of the lady in charge was very friendly, the place, the house and the room were very beautiful, the place is quiet, you feel at peace, the room is very comfortable and equipped to adjust the temperature to your liking. I stayed for 10 days and I can say that this is an excellent place if you can adjust to its ironic challenges. The good thing: The size of the place and its amenities such as the flat screen smart tv with Netflix, the air conditioners, the hot water bathrooms, the sofa, the dining room, the kitchen, the Wifi, the washing machine, and a balcony. In addition, the proximity to many of the places to know in Guayaquil and the essential services. The neighbors are quiet. Mayra and Jorge are great guests. Challenges: The noise of the vehicles is loud during the day, and at loud night for a minute at totally random times (This is explained in the listing). Also, buses and trucks, when passing through certain parts of the nearby roads, cause the apartment to vibrate sometimes strongly - that can be annoying at night if you can't get used to it. Overall, it was easy for me to enjoy the stay in this place because I was able to get used to its challenges.
