The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time much easier. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 a.m. and had to wait until 2 p.m. to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.

Excellent stay, easy to get to and easy to get an Uber to any destination in the city. Very clean bedroom and corridors/hall. I recommend it and will probably return for the in-person weeks of the hybrid work.

Lucia's apartment is one of those places where you feel at home as soon as you enter! I like it so much that it's always my first choice when looking for a place in São Paulo! Simply charming! The accommodation is a true haven dating back to the 1920s, with preserved architecture and full of history. Every detail of the space carries a unique charm — from the restored antique furniture to the objects and props, which transport us through time. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, combining the coziness of the past with modern comfort. The environment is quiet, well cared for and conveys a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Staying here was a memorable experience. Ideal for those who appreciate history, elegance and hospitality. I recommend it without hesitation and I definitely intend to return!

We stayed a week in Geane's apartment and everything was very good! Geane is super helpful and was readily available to help me with what I needed. The apartment was very fragrant, organized and efficient. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of cabinets, excellent mattress and pillows. Excellent location. I recommend it!

Bruno is a great host, super professional, quick to respond, and met our expectations, the accommodation is well worth it, supermarket in front, good garage, spacious accommodation, the building has a gym, and the location allows easy access to several points of São Paulo (Uber and subway, the latter a few steps from the accommodation) we did a lot on foot (Brahma bar is a few meters away), returning to São Paulo we will return to this accommodation... super recommend!

Fábio's apartment is very well located, very close to the subway, and within walking distance of several points in the city center. Everything was very clean. The mattress is a firmer type, so for those who prefer softer beds, it may not be as comfortable. The accommodation in general is very good, I would stay again and highly recommend it.

Tatiana's place was perfect for what I needed. close to the airport, easy Uber ride. the place is just the right size for one or 2 people. Also, It had enough for you to cook your own food if you like. Tatiana was good at communicating, and helpful with check in instructions. if I am in town I will stay again.

Description in the listing compatible with the real environment. Impeccable linen and bath! The location is close to a bakery, café and shopping mall, all with easy access on foot. Pleasant balcony and city view on the 25th floor. Perfect accommodation.
