I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.

After 10 years of living in São Paulo, our family spent our final week at Mary’s place — and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our time here. Her home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, making us feel completely at ease, just like being in our own home. The bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the large washer and dryer were incredibly convenient. We also loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and bakeries, and getting around the city by Uber was quick and easy. All in all, it was a far more comfortable experience than staying at a hotel, and we’re truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place to spend our last week. Thanks to this lovely stay, we leave São Paulo with warm and lasting memories.

I loved the accommodation, the space and the region. I intend to return more often, it is undoubtedly a special place in the city of São Paulo. Mariana is a wonderful host, welcoming me and willing to give good tips. Finally, the cottage is a delight, comfortable and with a graceful garden. Not to mention the gazebo next to the house, adding a little extra charm to the whole experience.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

We felt very comfortable, and the activities at the Hospital that we had scheduled were incredibly easy for us, since the distance is very close.

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. I've been there, really worth it, for the host, home, and location!

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The parking spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent one car from being next to the other, avoiding unwanted incidents. The grocery store in the basement is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

Wonderful place....paved street with night security, the house is super cozy, very well equipped, clean and organized, the outdoor area is delightful, the hosts are lovely, they gave us all the details of the house....we were very well received by Patricia and her husband....we will certainly return more often. Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. My stay was simply perfect! The place is exactly like in the pictures. The location is excellent, with easy access to the market, shopping and a few meters from Allianz Park. Altino was an amazing host, very attentive and available to help. I highly recommend and hope to return soon!

I found the apartment ideal for 1 person, a charming and cozy corner, full of beautiful details that together create a perfect external harmony, and therefore also internal. I needed this, this welcoming. And it wasn't just the apartment itself; Lilian is also a wonderful and welcoming person, and she really is; and not to score points with Airbnb. I had several situations where this characteristic was evident and it was a breath of fresh air. The kitchen utensils were one of the best I've seen on Airbnb in all these years that I've used Airbnb a lot, if not the best. Literally new and high-quality pans (which for those who care about health, this is essential, but unfortunately not all offer them), and all the other items, in short, it's the kitchen I have in my house and this is rare to see in Air Bnbs out there. Gratitude, Lilian, and gratitude also to Toninha who was not only available for daily cleaning but to help me with anything I needed.

Hi! I loved the space of the stay, it's really wonderful. The apartment is great, super well located and very clean. Bia was perfect from start to finish: super solicitous, thoughtful and organized. We had an issue with another rental and we were able to book with it super fast, which saved our trip! She left everything right in the area and also gave several tips of cool places to know.
