Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

I found Geraldo's place excellent and met all our needs. He's very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the outside area and the yard. The district is quiet and quiet. I found the bed a little hard and the bedroom warm to sleep with window and door closed. But nothing that would stop me from coming back.

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I will recommend the house to anyone who wants a nice place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. You can play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and still relax. Thank you and I will be back in the future :)

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

I RECOMMEND IT! It couldn't have been better! Better than the pictures. The house is wonderful, they think of all the details. Mr. José and Mrs. Marlene was always available to help with whatever was needed! Extremely attentive, even at the exit, he presented us with bananas and some peppers! Kitchen and all rooms perfect and with all the necessary items! All appliances and leisure items worked perfectly and were in order. Paved road to the location, Google Maps takes you to the exact location. A place to relax, enjoy nature and enjoy a quiet and welcoming place. Anyway, it couldn't have been better! Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

We were very well received, or rather, welcomed... that's the word that best describes it. Quiet, clean, organized environment, with a nearby market and security to rest without worries. If you're looking for a place to rest, go without fear. We'll be back for sure!

Would love to come back and stay at Leornardo’s place. He was a great host and the communication was smooth and felt right at home. Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Recommend

We are delighted with the hosting! The place is wonderful, very well maintained and exactly as in the photos. We were very well received from the beginning. Renan is extremely attentive, flexible and always responded to our messages very quickly and kindly. He answered all our questions and even had the kindness to leave a special treat for us when we arrived. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Great space. Clean, organized, well located, protected and spacious. My friends and I settled in well for 3 days with the help of Alencar, who was ready before check-in to explain every detail and clarify any doubts with extreme kindness and patience. I highly recommend it because it was undoubtedly an excellent accommodation and experience, we will definitely come back more often!

If I could, I'd give it six stars. Complete apartment, well located, everything we needed was within reach, super safe condominium, beautiful and organized with 24-hour security. Due to the bus schedule in my city in Minas Gerais to São Paulo, we arrived in the morning well before check-in, and we asked the host if we could enter a little earlier if possible. The host quickly responded, and as the apartment was already free, it facilitated our entry a little earlier. Thank you, because we would have been waiting about 5 hours, thanks. When I return to São Paulo, I already know where I will stay again.

The Chácara is simply wonderful, an environment of peace and quiet, everything that my family and I wanted for the holiday. the Airbnb pictures don't live up to the beauty of the place. the great mattresses, the wonderful room. The atmosphere of barbecue and pool were very pleasant. The villagers stay in the back house, but they are loved ones and literally don't get in the way of anything. I thank Maria and Camila for the lodging and can't wait to come back! ❤️

Everything was great, just as I expected. The place is beautiful and tasteful. Nothing to complain about. Just one detail, there is a cat that lives in the house, and there was a person with us who was allergic. She took an antiallergic and everything went well. Me, my girlfriend and some friends spent the weekend with our pets and it was a sacrifice to go back home, you know? I was surprised by the cleanliness of the place, all the rooms were very fragrant and clean. We just couldn't enjoy the pool because it was very cold, but we really enjoyed the house, the leisure area and the animals. My girlfriend fell in love with the horses and the macaws!
