We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. They were kind enough to leave toilet paper in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was also a napkin, toothpick, things that in other stays I didn't have, the house has excellent security, the pool and barbecue were clean Finally, you can rent without fear

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to be all together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for those days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Another key point is that it has everything and you can do it on foot, beach, market, pharmacies, Burger King, Blue Fit gym, Geronimo restaurant. on the waterfront there are plenty of good restaurants with good music. The rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel standard. The condominium has several swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The employees are extremely polite and mw helped with everything I needed to use the leisure area and beach services. I made sure to give as much detail as possible because I've stayed in other places and regretted it because it didn't match the listing.

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, because they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

The apartment is very good! The view is spectacular! The bed is spacious and comfortable, with bed linens and pillows. The kitchen is complete and even has an air fryer that makes everyday life much easier. The shower is very nice too. The living room and balcony/balcony are very spacious and pleasant. The internet is excellent and the TV also gets everything. The doormen are very attentive, especially Belmiro, who even opened the elevator door for us to go up. The location is the best in Guarujá.
