The building is very safe and is in a great location. The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped and has an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The host is also extremely helpful and genuinely strives to make our experience the best possible.

Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still, a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas, which were great. Alex answered everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The experience was surreal, the view of the spread and all the comfort it offers is impressive, we don't need sunny days to enjoy the accommodation a lot! Very well located apartment with a market nearby, very well equipped with kitchen utensils, everything decorated, making the visual experience even more impressive! Worthy of a movie! My Daughter (3 years), my wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. We are very pleased with the apartment. We found the apartment the way we had seen in the pictures. The apartment was super well equipped and we found many useful things for the beach stay. The instructions given for check-in and check-out were very clear. Communication with Elicia/Erick was quick, friendly and sociable. The communication and help from Elias (Caretaker) and Simone during our stay, however, was super convenient and pleasant. The location of the condominium - during the week - was very quiet and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Marco was always friendly, empathetic and polite. Not to mention the house, very nice, excellent decoration, comfortable. We felt right at home and very well treated. We will certainly recommend it and repeat it.

Super recommend hosting. The building is new, with a wonderful view, excellent leisure area and location. We did everything on foot during our stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment, around it there are markets and plenty of shops. The apartment is very cozy, clean, and has a wonderful view. We managed to have a barbecue and enjoy it a lot. The bed and bath linens were impeccable as well. The door has an electronic lock, which makes it much easier not to have to take keys when leaving. It has kitchen utensils for those who want to cook and Wi-Fi for remote work. For those who need Uber, we were able to get around without a problem with this type of transportation. You can rent it without fear!

My family and I had a great stay. We thank the host Daniela for her attention and availability to assist us whenever necessary. We were received by Mr. Claudio, who promptly accommodated us, both were very courteous and helpful. The apartment is complete, cozy and ideal for resting. We enjoyed beautiful sunny days, which made everything even more special. We certainly recommend it, not only for the excellent space, but also for the reception, which made all the difference.

My husband and I loved staying in Sérgio's penthouse. In addition to being spacious, cozy and well located, we feel very comfortable given the privacy it provides. It is very complete and structured, we do not miss anything, from kitchen utensils to appliances. The leisure area is a separate show! The jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect combination in our accommodation, as it was cold. Everything was so excellent that we didn't even think about going out for lunch, we took advantage of the barbecue and made a delicious barbecue to make everything even more perfect. Sérgio is a very attentive and kind host. They gave us all the support and instructions from the first contact. This was undoubtedly one of the most worthwhile reservations. We will definitely return!!!

We spent wonderful days! The apartment is very well accommodated and cozy. The condominium is perfect!! So perfect that we didn't know if we were at the beach or in the pools!!! The apartment is close to the beach, to walk and one thing I observed is also that the neighborhood is very safe. The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, because they were not blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.
